General Hospital News: Rebecca Budig’s Fun New Job

General Hospital News: Rebecca Budig's Fun New JobGeneral Hospital star Rebecca Budig exited the ABC soap opera last year, and GH fans were not happy to see her character Hayden Barnes exit.  Rumors are always floating around that Budig is returning to General Hospital, sadly they have not come to fruition.

In the mean time, the All My Children and GH alum has been working on a fun new job.  Budig has been recording audio books, and “Folded Notes From High-School” is now available for your listening pleasure.

“Folded Notes From High-School” is a popular novel by Matt Boren.  The summary of the novel teases, “It’s 1991, and Tara Maureen Murphy is finally on top. A frightening cross between Regina George and Tracy Flick, Tara Maureen Murphy is any high school’s worst nightmare, bringing single-minded ambition, narcissism, manipulation, and jealousy to new extremes in this outrageous, satirical twist on the coming-of-age novel.”

Audio books are great for those with sight problems, and were originally created for that median.  However, in today’s modern and busy lifestyle, audio books are gaining popularity because we are just too busy to sit down and read a book.  Instead, we all multi-task, and listen to our books while driving, cleaning, and working out.  It’s awesome that Rebecca Budig is getting involved in this fun new genre.
