GH Spoilers: Alley Mills Returns, What Happened To The Other Heather Webber

General Hospital comings and goings reveal that Alley Mills is on her way back to Port Charles as the infamous Heather Webber.

Mills’ last appearance on GH was back in October 2024, she left town with her son and has not returned … until now.  But, what happened to the old Heather Webber?

Robin Mattson On General Hospital

Way before Alley Mills left The Bold and the Beautiful and joined the General Hospital cast, the part of Heather Webber was played by actress Robin Mattson.

Mattson debuted as Heather on the ABC soap opera back in 1980 (and in the 1970’s she was on Guiding Light).

Over the decades, Mattson popped back up in Port Charles dozens of times.  Her final air date as Heather Webber was in 2016.

When the soap brought the character back a few years later, Bold & Beautiful fan fave Alley Mills was introduced as a recast.

Since her final departure from General Hospital ten years ago, the soap actress hasn’t been back in front of the camera or appeared on any other shows.  In fact Mattson seems to be enjoying her retirement to the fullest and living her best life!

Where’s The Old Heather Webber

The former Heather Webber portrayer took to Instagram and revealed that she just returned home from a trip to Southeast Asia.

Robin Mattson shared a series of breathtaking photos from her vacay to Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia and wrote, “After years of soap opera drama, I thought I’d seen everything.  Turns out, Southeast Asia still had a few surprises for me. Beautiful places, wonderful memories, and thankfully, nobody got killed off in the season finale.”
