Coronation Street Spoilers: Tim Metcalfe Puts Sally’s House Up For Sale To Pay Legal Bills

Coronation Street Spoilers: Tim Metcalfe Puts Sally’s House Up For Sale To Pay Legal BillsIt’s without a doubt that no one definitely saw this coming. New Coronation Street spoilers indicate that things are going to get pretty dramatic as Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) will put Sally Webster’s (Sally Dynevor) house up for sale in order to pay for all of her legal bills. Apparently, Tim decided to do it while he was drinking, of course.

According to Britain’s The Sun, Tim has been struggling ever since his wife Sally was sent to prison after being framed for fraud and money laundering. To make matters worse, his sister-in-law Gina Seddon (Connie Hyde) has been putting the moves on him, too, making things very awkward and uncomfortable between them.

In a new Coronation Street teaser episode Tim can be seen leaving his house with a real estate agent putting up a “For Sale” sign in the front. Clearly, things have gotten so bad that he’s being forced out of his own home in order to make ends meet.

In another scene Tim can be drinking with his mates Sinead Tinker and Daniel Osbourne while declaring this holiday season to be the worst one on record. To make matters worse, Gina walks in and quizzes him on his decision to put his house up for sale. She tells him, “For sale? You’re a bit eager aren’t you. I’ve got no real attachment to this place, it’s always been her gaff. I am just the glorified lodger.”

Of course, it will be interesting to see how Sally reacts to this news when she finds out! Coronation Street airs weeknights on the ITV network. Check your local listings for times.
