General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next in Port Charles for Nelle Hayes Benson?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers confirm that Nelle Benson aka Hayes (Chloe Lanier) has placed herself between a rock and a hard place. She had spent months, possibly years plotting this sadistic revenge on her older adopted sister, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright); which all came out this past week.

Of course GH’s Carly was furious over how much damage Nell has really done, but her wrath was also focused on her husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for sleeping with Nelle while he was grieving for their beloved son, Morgan (Bryan Craig), who had died in a car bombing meant for someone else.

No one who watches General Hospital know for sure if Sonny and Carly could recover from this; but they are not the only people Nelle has destroyed with her lies. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), who we all believe received Nelle’s kidney considered her a friend and older sister; the truth about Nelle and Sonny disgusted her.

General Hospital’s kindest and beloved Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) had trusted her, had faith in her dreams; but most of all, he was able to believe in love again, after the death of his sweet Sabrina (Teresa Castillo).

Michael had really fallen for Nelle when the bombshell was dropped about her sleeping with his father and her reasoning behind it; but we all know how forgiving and loving Michael truly is. General Hospital spoilers tease that Sonny visits his son and begs him not to use his heart with Nelle and urges him to let her go. Carly comes to Michael and is flabbergasted that he could possibly still have feelings for Nelle after all she did.

What is left to keep Nelle in Port Charles now? She has alienated herself from everyone, she has no place to live and no job to call her own; but she loves Michael, so it is possible she will try to redeem herself by being the nice and sweet person they had all grown to love in the first place; the problem is she still has a massive secret that could change things for all those around her.
