Days of Our Lives Spoilers: How is Will’s Return Possible? Chandler Massey Reveals Clue

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease Will Horton’s (Chandler Massey) return. However, fans have been wondering how is it possible since he is dead. The actor revealed a clue in a brand-new interview.

Speaking to the NY Post, Massey explained that soap operas have ways of bringing back dead characters. Viewers know that Will is not the first deceased Salemite to return, and probably won’t be the last. How will his resurrection be explained?

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that there is a medical explanation. Considering that he has been dead for a few years, it will be interesting to see what writers have come up with.

“I guess I can say [laughs] he’s not a zombie. Soaps have their ways, you know? Will certainly wouldn’t be the first person to come back from the dead. They have a medically plausible explanation.”

The only explanation we can come up with is Will wasn’t the person killed by Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson,) or Dr. Rolf (William Utay) is involved. Just because there is a medical explanation doesn’t mean it has to be logical or make sense.

Dr. Rolf has a long history of dabbling in resurrection recipes. At one point, he died, but then miraculously turned up live. When Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) asked him about it, he just said that death “didn’t stick.”

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers also reveal that Will’s return will affect Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) and Sonny Kiriakis’ (Freddie Smith) relationship. “Paulson” is supposed to be getting married. Will’s return will cause Sonny to be conflicted about his feelings for both men.

“The most obvious thing will be Sonny [Kiriakis], his longtime love, is involved with someone else now. It throws a pretty sizable wrench into [that] romance.”

Chandler Massey also revealed that he did reshoots of Will’s murder. At that time, the role belonged to Guy Wilson. So, it seems that we might get to see some flashbacks and maybe that will help explain what really happened.
