Will Brady (Eric Martsolf) finally meet his maker on, “Days of Our Lives?” He already has another man’s heart ticking inside of him, and now he’s been brutally beaten within an inch of his second-hand life. It doesn’t look good for Salem’s heroic leading man.
Brady put himself in danger by running after his ex, runaway mom Nicole (Arianne Zucker). Things looked good for a little while: they found a remote cabin in Canada and even managed to get ahold of fake ID’s. Heck, they even escaped the clutches of their kooky neighbors, a trigger-happy cop, and her porn-obsessed hubby.
But who knew that a presumed-dead man would be the one to torpedo their carefully laid plans to go off the grid? All of Salem thought that evil Zander (Paul Telfer) was dead, but of course, the audience knew he was simply hiding out on his own private Greek island. He’s obsessed with Nicole, but his cousin Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) is even more enamored of the former X-rated online star. So now they’re both trying to “help” her.
Long story short, Zander made mincemeat of Brady, and now he’s holding Nicole and her baby hostage. Brady doesn’t seem to know his own limits and keeps trying to exit his hospital bed to rescue his beloved. But every time he does he winces and that heart of his goes ballistic.
Complicating matters, one of his frenemies shows up and agitates his condition even more; what is Chloe thinking?
She’s the reason that Brady and Nicole kidnapped the baby and went on the run! When she and Brady exchange words about his reckless actions, he ends up looking the worse for wear.

Even his stepmom, Dr. Marlena (Deirdre Hall) is alarmed, and she desperately tries to reach Brady’s dad, John (Drake Hogestyn), who’s out of town on a secret mission.
Will John make it back in time to say goodbye to his ailing son?
