‘Days Of Our Lives’ News: Lucas Adams’ First DOOL Air Date Revealed – Patch And Ava’s Son Back From The Dead!

Things are about to get trippy in Salem, “Days of Our Lives,” fans! That’s because the son of Patch (Stephen Nichols) and the late Ava (Tamara Braun) is set to make a shocking appearance. Patch had been led to believe that the boy was dead, so won’t he be surprised!

Starting March 24, Lucas Adams will be seen on DOOL as Tripp Dalton, the offspring of a misguided affair Patch had with the psychotic Ava.

The late, great Ava was last seen during a rendezvous to Salem in which she tried to woo the white knight with the black eyepatch back into her twisted web.

When Patch rejected the temptress she went ballistic on his family. Ava came on to his impressionable son Joey (James Lastovic), who bit the bait hard.

Next she went after Patch’s wife Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), ultimately locking her in a teeny tiny concrete closet.

Joey didn’t cotton to being played by his dad’s ex, and having his mom left for dead, so he decided to exact some revenge. Alas, Joey’s revenge was of the fatal kind!

Impulse-challenged Joey smothered Ava with a pillow while she lay helpless in a hospital bed. Of course his mom and dad covered for him, and since his uncle is the chief of police, everything was swept under the carpet.

Except that emotional Joey has never gotten over his guilt. Once he meets Ava’s orphaned son, and his half-brother, what kind of madness will emerge?

Joey blames himself for the recent death of his unborn child, reasoning that God took his baby’s life, because he took Ava’s life. Joey is coming unhinged and his parents aren’t able to get through to him.

Complicating matters is the fact that Joey’s baby momma is even more emotionally unstable, and aware that Joey killed Tripp’s mother.

No doubt Tripp’s appearance will throw the Johnson family into a frenzy, with no easy end in sight! And, if the presumed-dead Tripp is alive, can the supposedly-dead Ava be far behind? That’s a story for another day, DOOL fans!
