Coronation Spoilers: Amy Barlow Confirmed Official Suspect In Ken’s Death

Did baby-faced Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney) push her gruff grandfather Ken (William Roache) down a flight of stairs on, “Coronation Street?” Definitely maybe! The show now confirms that young Miss Amy might be the one who sent elderly Ken tumbling like a toy down the staircase.

Of course, finding the real culprit won’t be easy since crotchety Ken had a ton of enemies. After all, he’s been interfering in Corrie lives for almost six decades, which means there’s lots of folks who could be behind the dirty deed.

In the beginning, his long-suffering family assumed that their elder merely suffered a stroke, but once the doctors took a good look at him, they declared that every part was functioning just fine. Nope, this wasn’t a case of natural causes, this was a straight up case of malice!

But how could young Amy wind up a suspect in Ken’s attempted murder? Fans will now find her listed on the soap’s website of official suspects along with Adam Barlow, Peter Barlow, Daniel Osbourne and Sinead Tinker.

Implicating Amy is the fact that she didn’t go to a violin recital that coincided with the attack. Could the little brunette with the Barbie-doll face really have so much evil within her?

Fans think so, as they’ve been flooding social media with speculation about how uncomfortable and suspicious Amy looked when she visited Ken in the hospital.

Next week poor Amy will only step into the muck further when spoilers reveal that she tries to implicate someone else. Amy tips off investigators about a new workshop that Pat worked in prior to Ken’s fall, suggesting they lift fingerprints!

Believe it or not the police follow up on the tip, and arrest Adam after finding his fingerprints in the workshop. Case closed? Don’t count on it Corrie fans!

When her mother catches wind of Amy’s tip-off she gets a sinking feeling about her daughter’s actions: Tracy can’t shake the feeling that her little girl just may be a criminal!
