“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, May 23, tease that Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) will deliver a stern warning to Victoria (Amelia Heinle). He’ll suggest that he knows what it’s like to be dismissed, but it would be a mistake to do that to Summer (Hunter King). Luca will point out that Summer is a direct conduit to Victor (Eric Braeden).
Summer holds more power than Victoria realizes. If Luca plays his cards right, he might be able to snatch some of that power for himself. You can bet that Luca will go after exactly what he wants.
Meanwhile, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will pass the divorce papers along to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). He’ll inform her that everything seems to be as she requested it. Nikki will let out a sigh as she faces reality. She still loves Victor deep down, but their relationship is toxic. Victor isn’t going to change and Nikki will have to accept that or move on.

At the state pen, Summer will stop by to see her grandfather. She’ll tell Victor that Nikki is filing for divorce. Victor will look a little bummed by the news, but he probably won’t be surprised. He’s been cold to Nikki and he’s given her no hope for their future. Forgiveness doesn’t appear to be something Victor is capable of at the moment.
Fortunately, Victor has found love in prison – sort of. Meredith (Alicia Coppola) is obviously quite attracted to Victor and she just can’t keep him off her mind. “The Young and the Restless” viewers know that Victor has been playing Meredith in an effort to score an early release. However, it’s possible that Victor is developing real feelings for Meredith.

Right now, Meredith is Victor’s sole friend. His family has turned against him and Meredith is the only one Victor can open up to. It’s tough to believe Victor doesn’t feel anything for this woman who cares so much. Victor is surely dealing with a few butterflies.
Once Victor gets updates on Nikki’s divorce plans, will he fully give his heart to Meredith? Y&R rumors hint that more passionate encounters are on the way. Stick with the CBS soap to see where this romance is headed.

It was obvious that Victor and Meredith would be getting closer he has been playing her to get out but she is outside of Summer someone who is on his side not that it’s a good thing because right now Victor will use anyone if it will get him out of there I think she just may end up being the New Mrs. Newman. Victoria need to definitely be mindful of Luca constantly in the Newman building period let alone getting close to dummy Summer he will do anything to get a piece of Victor’s company especially while he’s in jail because it’s so easy to manipulate Summer & Victoria considering Victoria and Nick are so overwhelmed with their private lives they aren’t paying much attention to the company these days another reason why Adam should be running the company in Victor’s absence he can be ruthless and he knows not to put nothing over on Luca . I don’t think this divorce Nikki has planned for Victor is going to go as she hoped it definitely won’t be amicable we know Victor has plans to payback everyone that he feels betrayed him by having him locked up but I do agree she needs this and to stay away from Victor if he is pushing her to drink she needs to stop trying to change him and except him as he is or get out. I knew Michael is not ready to stop practicing law no matter how much he proclaims to be ok with not practicing I think he’s more worried about going through that rejection especially if they won’t let him practice again
