The casting call requested someone between the age of 40 and 50 to play the role of a no nonsense judge. Evidently, this judge is coming to the series for the upcoming Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) trial. This leads us to believe that the downfall of this great and powerful patriarch is about to come. On Yesterday’s episode of the series viewers witness Judge Moxley (Jensen Buchanan) publicly confessing to having an affair with Victor. During her public confession she excused herself from being a judge in Victor’s trial.

Victor was stunned upon seeing her live confession, what will he do next? We saw Victor using this affair to blackmail this lady judge to get the results that he wants. We know for sure he was planning on using this secret to his advantage yet again. But now that it has been exposed what will he do? Does this means that will definitely do prison time in an orange jump suit? Will Victor hold a secret for this upcoming judge or find another way to beat the charges against him?
