‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers Wednesday July 13: Quinn Gives Eric Advice as CEO Decision Looms – Steffy Scolds Ridge for Unnecessary Deception

“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Wednesday, July 13, tease that Eric (John McCook) will feel like the weight of the world is on his shoulders. He’s been forced into a difficult position thanks to Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) actions. Rick (Jacob Young) is calling for Ridge to be ousted from his job as CEO and Eric believes it might be for the best, too.

If Ridge is truly getting the boot, Forrester Creations will need a replacement. Rick, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Thomas (Pierson Fode) will all hope to take charge. Of course, only one of them will get the title. That means Eric has a tough choice to make.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Eric will hate that he has to play favorites. He’ll turn to Quinn (Rena Sofer) as he tries to figure this mess out. Quinn will insist that Eric has actually been given a great opportunity. She’ll declare that Eric built this business and now it’s time to take it back.

It’s not clear whether Quinn is pushing Eric to run it himself or suggesting he should pass the torch to a young and vibrant Steffy. Both of those options could prove beneficial to Quinn down the road. Whatever the case, Quinn will undoubtedly love the fact that Eric listened to her opinion. She’s stealing a little more of his heart every day.

Meanwhile, “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Steffy will scold Ridge for all of the trouble he stirred up. She won’t understand why Ridge did what he did. There was no need to be so secretive about the vasectomy.

Steffy will ask if Ridge thought it would make him less of a man in Caroline’s (Linsey Godfrey) eyes. She’ll think everything could’ve been avoided if Ridge had just been honest with Caroline. Steffy will wonder where Ridge’s head was at.

Caroline could’ve used an anonymous sperm donor and they could’ve been open about it from the beginning. Instead, Ridge broke things off with Caroline and it ultimately led to Douglas’ conception. Now Ridge has lost his “son” and he’s probably about to lose his job as well.

Some B&B viewers may feel sorry for Ridge in the midst of this heartbreak. It looks like Maya (Karla Mosley) will feel the same way. Rick, on the other hand, won’t have any sympathy for Ridge. He’ll assure Maya that Eric won’t have any either.

Will Ridge continue to face consequences? Time will tell, but the rumors hint that Ridge and Caroline’s marriage could soon be in jeopardy. We’ll give you updates as more news emerges.
