‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ News: Gilligan’s Island Star Dawn Wells Joins ‘B&B’ Cast

‘The Bold and The Beautiful’ (B&B) casting spoilers reveal that Eric Forrester [John McCook] will have a special guest star mid-February – in time for sweeps – and it’s Dawn Wells. You’ll immediately recognize her from the TV classic Gilligan’s Island – she played sweet farm girl Mary Ann Summers.

This is a rare treat because Dawn Wells doesn’t make a lot of TV appearances these days. For her B&B guest star gig, Dawn will portray a Forrester Creations buyer named Alice. The character has business ties to both Eric and his dearly departed wife Stephanie Forrester.

Alice shows up for a business party at the Forrester mansion and will get to witness a big Forrester family showdown involving Eric, Rick Forrester [Jacob Young] and Ridge Forrester [Thorsten Kaye] – and it seems to be about the portrait space over the fireplace – but really it’s all about power.

In advance of the big party that Ridge has set up for Forrester Creations contacts, Ridge takes down Maya Avant’s [Karla Mosley] painting from over the fireplace and puts the one of Stephanie back in the place of honor.

This sets things up for a big showdown between Rick and Ridge. Rick thinks Ridge is dissing his wife – Ridge thinks Maya’s painting should never have replaced the one of his mother. Look for a major territorial dispute at the Forrester mansion and Forrester Creations itself.

Recently, Rick and Maya have been conspiring on how to get back in control of Forrester Creations – and Steffy Forrester [Jacqueline MacInnes Wood] is off her game right now because of her break up with Liam Forrester [Scott Clifton]. They may be getting ready to make their move soon…

But with Ridge re-establishing his dominance at the Forrester mansion, this could be the start of a Forrester civil war. Dawn Wells as Alice will be on the Friday, February 19th episode of ‘The Bold and The Beautiful’ and we can’t wait to see the TV vet make her appearance.
