'General Hospital' News: Jon Lindstrom In Horror Film 'Val-En-Tina'‘General Hospital’ fans now have the opportunity to see their favorite actor, Jon Lindstrom [Kevin Collins] in a new film soon. Apparently, this is one of his most fun projects yet, “Often, the most fun and rewarding creative experiences I have are the ones done for their own sake. For the sake…” he tweeted. And, guess what it’s a horror film by the name of ‘Val-En-Tina’.

The new film which was released on the internet earlier this summer is approximately 10 minutes long. It highlights two powerhouses which Lindstrom is a part of; the next powerhouse that the film highlights is Marisol Sacramento. ‘Val-En-Tina’ was written by Jaquita Ta’le and Carlton Byrd, it was directed by Araeia Robinson.

One website highlights “When a high-profile politician makes a controversial speech on immigration reform, he soon finds himself in hot water with his powerful Mexican-American mistress and awakens a dark entity that, until now, has walked undisturbed alongside her” is the description of the film.

From the reviews and the raves of fans, the short film is very terrifying but in a good way for those who love horror movies. Lindstrom is a very well established daytime actor having played numerous roles. Fans remember him as ‘As the World Turns’  Craig Montgomery, ‘Santa Barbara’ Mark McCormick, ‘Port Charles’ Kevin Collins and as “GH” Dr. Kevin Collins. He is also well established in primetime having made numerous guest roles on several primetime serials.

‘General Hospital’ fans can catch Lindstrom who has been tied into a story arc weekdays on ABC. Currently, Lindstrom’s character seems to be developing a romantic pairing with Laura [Genie Francis]. Aside from that he has helped her figure out what was really taking place with Spencer [Nicolas Bechtel] and is helping her to figure out what Helena’s clue leads to.
