‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Monday, Sept 21: Devon Catches Neil at Lakehouse – Adam Threatens Ian – Patty Stalking Sharon

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday September 21, 2015 reveals that Adam (Justin Hartley) may not have as much control over Ian Ward (Ray Wise) as he believes.  Meanwhile, both Dylan (Steve Burton) and Gwen (Nadine Nicole) are suspicious of Neil and believe he is hiding something. At Fairview, Patty (Stacy Haiduk) is pleased to see Sharon but Sharon wants nothing to do with her.

The Monday September 21, 2015 episode of “Y&R” opens with Paul (Doug Davidson) asking Dylan (Steve Burton) what Kevin (Greg Rikaart) found in Colin’s (Tristan Rogers) bank records? Dylan tells Paul about how Colin paid a hooker to lie about having sex with Devon and blackmailed him. Dylan tells Paul that Colin told him he was looking in the wrong place he should be looking at who did not want Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Devon (Bryton James) to be married. Paul says, “Neil?” (Kristoff St. John) and Dylan replies, “Yes that is why I talked to him.”

Gwen (Nadine Nicole) asks Neil how his meetings are going and Neil lies and tells her he went to a meeting and he talked it through with his sponsor. Gwen is surprised that is all it took for him to get back on track. Devon walks up to their table and tells Neil he has news about Hilary.

At Fairview Sharon (Sharon Case) is walking around and Patty (Stacy Haiduk) walks up to her and says, “Hey there stranger!” Sharon is shocked. Patty tells Sharon she got transferred back to Fairview and she is so happy because the prison was horrible. Patty asks Sharon what Jack (Peter Bergman) has been up too lately. Sharon makes an excuse and leaves.

The doctor comes to see Sharon and asks her if she is ready for her therapy. Sharon lets the doctor know she signed herself in and she does not need much therapy.

Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is excited about Fred (Ray Wise) coming to dinner but Jack is worried and does not get why Phyllis is so excited. Phyllis accuses Jack of being influenced by Gabriel Bingham. Phyllis feels Fred is totally innocent. Jack tells Phyllis Fred could be someone else she does not know. Phyllis thinks Fred is a lost soul without a life and she wants to show a little passion towards another human being.

Adam (Justin Hartley) asks Ian (Ray Wise) what the hell he is doing accepting a dinner invitation from Phyllis. Adam reminds Ian it is not a game. Ian says, “Really and I am having so much fun!”

Adam tells Ian his friendship with Phyllis ends now he does not want him to jeopardize their plan. Ian assures Adam he is not going to dinner with Jack and Phyllis. Ian starts spurting adages to Adam and Adam is not impressed. Ian promises again to bow out of dinner. Adam tells Ian he is moving and asks if Ian is clear. Ian tells Adam he is NOT comfortable with Adam ordering him around. Jack reminds Ian who got him out of prison and if Ian does not get in line it won’t be good for him.

Devon informs Neil of what the witness saw – Hilary being loaded on a plane and the plane landed in Dallas to refuel and then left with no flight plan so they are still looking for Hilary. Devon tells Neil he has to leave it to the police because if he interferes it could be bad. Neil says it all gives him hope and he thinks Hilary will be found soon.

Paul thinks it was a mistake for Dylan to believe Colin. Paul admits he suspected Neil at first and he hired a third party to check out Neil’s alibi and it checked out that Neil was in Canada. Dylan is not convinced because the only proof is credit card receipts but no one saw him. Dylan thinks Paul is giving Neil too much credit.

Sharon tells the Doctor she is thrilled to be having a child with Dylan she wants to be healthy for Dylan and her baby. The doctor thinks it was a good idea for Sharon to admit herself. Sharon raves about Dylan to the doctor. Sharon also admits she made mistakes with Nick but with Dylan is different he accepts her for who she is. The doctor is sensing that Sharon is anxious.

Dylan lets Paul know Sharon admitted herself to Fairview because she went off her meds. Paul is surprised Sharon would check herself into Fairview but he thinks her commitment to Dylan and the baby is admirable. Paul tells Dylan Patty is in Fairview.

Sharon tells the Doctor she is anxious because she ran into Patty Williams and she hurt people Sharon knows. Patty is a painful reminder of how wrong things have gone in her life. The doctor tells Sharon her coming to Fairview proves Sharon is in a healthier place now.

Gabe walks into Jack’s house and tells him he has information on Paragon. Jack asks Phyllis to give them a second. Phyllis’ phone rings and it is Fred, she leaves. Adam tells Jack he looked into the Fred character and the trailer in the woods was empty. Jack asks if there is any sign fisherman Fred is more than a lonely widower writing his memoirs. Adam says no, not exactly, but we have to be careful. Jack lets Adam know he believes Adam is right and he has a bad feeling in his mouth. Jack is concerned because Phyllis does not open to strangers that easily.

Ian calls Phyllis and makes an excuse and cancels dinner. Phyllis comes over and tells Jack Fred cancelled dinner and says to Adam, “Why do I get the feeling this is not a surprise to you?”

Adam tells Phyllis making friends with strangers is never a good idea. Phyllis asks Adam what he did to make Fred cancel dinner. Jack tells Phyllis he is glad Fred cancelled. Phyllis is not pleased because she only invited Fred to have dinner. Jack is not happy and tells Phyllis Fred showed up at the same time as Paragon Project and it is too much of a coincidence. Phyllis gets angry and tells them they are both out of control and leaves. Jack says to Adam, “I don’t know what else you learned about this guy but TELL ME NOW”

Paul would like to thing that someone as smart, as Neil would not waste his life thinking of revenge. Dylan accuses Paul of thinking too logical. Dylan believes Neil could have set up Devon.

Gwen thinks that when Hilary is back home safe she will tell them what happened. Gwen says it does not make sense someone pushed her off a cliff and then saved her. Neil has to leave he has an appointment. Gwen tells Devon something is not right.

Paul runs downstairs and sees Neil and asks him how things are going. Neil says he is desperate to find the person who took Hilary. Paul tells Neil he heard Dylan confronted him and he thinks he overstepped. Neil thinks it is okay he is being accused and not his son because Devon does not need stress. Neil tells Paul the plane the witness saw has Devon’s hopes up and Neil cannot believe the person will get away with it. Paul tells him it is only a matter of time.

Devon asks Gwen what she meant saying, something is wrong with Neil. Gwen thinks all the stories Neil is telling her is too casual it does not sound right. Devon thinks Neil is ashamed of what he did. Gwen thinks something is weighing on Neil. Devon gets a call and leaves. Neil leaves the Athletic Club and Gwen follows him.

The Doctor tells Sharon the way Sharon is dealing with things Sharon deserves congratulations. Sharon leaves and Patty comes up to her and asks her how it went. Sharon tries to avoid her and Patty asks why Sharon is avoiding her, they can help each other. Sharon tells Patty she is there by choice and she did not come to make friends and walks away.

Patty comes up to see Doctor Anderson and tells her there is a problem with another patient Sharon Newman.

Adam calls Ian and gets his answering machine and leaves a message and tells Ian he better have done what he told him to do.

Phyllis walks up to Ian’s trailer and calls for Fred she opens the door and looks in. Phyllis goes into the trailer and finds a note and it says, “We will see each other again, I will explain then, this is not the end. Fred.” Jack comes in and screams Phyllis and she accuses him of making Fred leave or Jack made Gabriel get rid of Fred. Jack tells Phyllis, “This is suspicious. Maybe Fred is up to something.” Phyllis tells Jack that everything is not a plot. Jack tells her if he is freaking out it is for good reason Marco got a message out and told someone where to find Marisa. He tells Phyllis the person is in Genoa City looking for Marisa.

Neil tells Hilary HE is not responsible for her fall and she needs to wake up and tell everyone he is a good guy. He says, “Wait maybe I am not a good guy, enough is enough I have to do something here.”

Gwen calls Devon and tells him she had a bad feeling about Neil and she followed him he went to the hospital and he only stayed 10 minutes and then she followed him out of town to a house. Neil went to a house at 1233 Lakeview. Devon says, “The Lakehouse, Neil bought that house for Hilary!!”

Jack says he and Victor are trying to find out what is going on with Marco and this all happened at the same time Fred showed up. Jack is afraid Marco sent Fred to make Phyllis let her guard down. Phyllis is upset and asks if it is ever going to end.

Ian calls Adam and Adam asks if he is out of the trailer. Adam tells Ian he is going to start breathing fire soon and Ian says he has left the trailer and he is not far. Adam tells him he is hanging up until he stops playing around.

Adam goes to open his apartment door and the apartment on the other side of the hall opens and it is Ian and he says, “Pssttt…Howdy Neighbor, haha!”

Neil tells Hilary all their futures are on the line, his and Devon’s. Neil tells Hilary she has to wake up he turns around and hears a noise, a knock at the door and gets up to answer.

Patty tells the Doctor that she and Sharon have known each other for a long time. Patty says she tried to be nice but Sharon was not interested. The Doctor tells Patty maybe Sharon wants to be alone but eventually she might want to talk and then PAtty and Sharon can talk.

Sharon calls Dylan and tells him she misses him and likes Dr. Anderson and she knows she made the right decision coming to Fairview. Dylan tells her to stay focused on why she is doing it, for herself and their little one.

Neil answers the door at The Lakehouse it is Devon and Neil asks, “How did you know I was here?” Devon replies, “The house you were thinking of turning to Hilary’s dream house. Dad, It seems you have been lying to a lot of people lately what are you doing here? Are you ready to tell me the truth?”

The is it ‘The Young and the Restless” fans!  Do you believe that Adam is losing control of Ian Ward?  Why is Patty so eager to speak to Sharon?  Now that Devon has found Neil at the bakehouse will he find Hilary?
