‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday December 8: Victor Suing Jabot For 1 Billion, Adam Behind Lawsuit – Marisa Meets Ava – Jack Blasts Billy

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, December 8, tease that Marisa (Sofia Pernas) will have a tearful reunion with Ava, but Kevin (Greg Rikaart) could have news for Noah (Robert Adamson) that changes everything. Meanwhile, Sage’s (Kelly Sullivan) startling confession will create some questions for Adam (Justin Hartley). Elsewhere, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Billy (Burgess Jenkins) will argue about Jabot’s current predicament.

In Spain, Marisa tells Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) that she wants to see their daughter. Luca admits that he still has a private investigator looking for Ava. Marisa is furious that Luca deceived her. Luca promises that Marisa will be reunited with Ava and asks what she’ll do once it happens. When Marisa doesn’t know, Luca suggests that they could raise her together in Spain.

Later, Marisa overhears the P.I. giving Luca updates on Ava. He offers to grab her, but Luca tells him no. Marisa dashes off before they notice her eavesdropping. Outside Ava’s school, Marisa tears up as she watches her from afar. Luca finds Marisa and suggests that she shouldn’t approach Ava. It might scare her. Marisa thinks she needs to be with her daughter and smiles as she walks up to Ava. Luca watches their interaction. Marisa tells Ava she likes her teddy bear. Ava says her mommy gave it to her and Marisa begins to cry.

Back in Genoa City, Nick (Joshua Morrow) asks Noah about what happened with Marisa. Noah doesn’t want to talk about it and changes the subject to Nick’s troubles with Sage. Noah eventually reveals that he was harsh when Marisa left to find her daughter and he needs to make things right. Nick thinks Marisa needs time on her own and says that he’s using that strategy with Sage.

Noah is surprised that Nick gave up on Sage so easily. It makes it look like Nick doesn’t care. Noah urges Nick to fight for Sage like he intends to fight for Marisa. A short time later, Kevin tells Noah he has news about Ava. Noah learns that Marisa flew with Luca to Majorca, Spain. There’s a girl named Ava that’s registered to a nearby school. Kevin adds that he found out something else and Noah waits anxiously to hear what it is.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Sage’s confession is about to shock Adam. As Adam walks in, Sage admits that she fell in love with him. Once Sage sees that Adam is there, she clarifies that she fell in love with Gabriel Bingham (Justin Hartley). Sage apologizes if she made Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) uncomfortable and says she doesn’t want to wear out her welcome. They offer Sage the apartment across the hall and she accepts.

Once Sage is gone, Adam presses Chelsea for answers about her conversation with Sage. Adam feels like there’s something Chelsea isn’t telling her. When Adam asks if Chelsea is jealous, she denies it. At The Underground, Sage tells Nick she’s moving across the hall from Chelsea and Adam. Nick questions Sage about it, but she doesn’t have answers. Sage is still trying to figure things out.

Nick asks why Sage keeps turning to Adam. Sage tells Nick she’s sorry he’s in pain, but they both need time. Nick replies that it isn’t working. He insists their love doesn’t have to die. Nick says he wants his wife back now and they kiss. Sage and Nick’s relationship seems to be improving, but Y&R rumors hint that they aren’t out of the woods yet.

At Jabot, Jack rips into Billy about his obsessive desire for revenge and how it almost destroyed their family. Billy thinks Jack just lets Victor (Eric Braeden) walk all over him. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) breaks up their fight, but takes Billy’s side. Victor deserves to be punished. Jack says he’s been trying to keep the peace. Billy starts griping about how Jack covered for Adam. Phyllis declares that they need to turn their attention to a new threat.

Jack learns Victor is suing Jabot for $1 billion. He’s not happy that Billy’s scheme could cost them their father’s company. Billy thinks Jack is a coward, but Phyllis defends her husband. Jack insists that Billy needs to stay out of this while he cleans up the mess he made. After Jack leaves, Billy starts drinking and Phyllis tells him it’s not a good idea. Billy says he’s fed up with Jack acting like a father instead of a brother. It seems Jack is always trying to fight Billy’s battles. Phyllis lets Billy know that Jack believes in him.

Jack shows up to see Adam and announces that he’s there to collect what Adam owes him. Adam reminds him that Jack only kept the secret to protect Billy. Jack wants Adam to talk to Victor and make him drop the lawsuit. Adam replies that it was his own idea. Jack is stunned, but Adam explains that Victor was out for blood. Suing is the best route. Adam thinks all Jack has to do is cut Billy loose and let him take the fall. Will Jack really be willing to throw Billy to the wolves?
