The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates for the next three weeks, September 28 to October 16, reveal that mayhem will erupt in Genoa City.

There’ll also be a chance for someone to play the hero; plus, fans will see some fierce foes go up against each other, so highs and lows are on the way.

Week Of September 28: Nick’s Recovery At Risk, Diane And Nikki Clash

The week of September 28-October 2 will put Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) recovery at risk. We’ll see Nick’s family rally to help him, but Nick will think he’s got it covered and will end up attacking his old dealer to shut down temptation.

Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will also lash out at each other over the Vibrante-Jabot feud, but their issues will be more about Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) than anything else.

Following Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) return flight, she’ll reach out to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) with an admission about her time in Chicago. If Lily is secretly sick, she may be seeing a doctor and keeping things hush-hush.

Week Of October 5: Cane’s Questions, Sally’s Relatives Arrive

During the week of October 5-9, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will inevitably have questions about Lily’s trip. Will Lily confess to Cane if she’s indeed battling an illness?

Of course, we should also talk about Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo) and Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell), who’ll be flying in for Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) nuptials before you know it.

Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) plans to throw Sally the bachelorette bash of her dreams, but Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) may end up pitching in with the planning after all.

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will also host a bachelor party for Billy that’s sure to give him some memorable moments ahead of his wedding day.

Week Of October 12: Wedding Chaos, Baby Birth?

The week of October 12-16 may bring chaos to the nuptials; if Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) shows up as planned, will Billy be able to keep the peace with her, or is another blowup brewing?

Sally is obviously pregnant heading into the marriage celebration, so we all know what’s going to happen on her end.

Anyone who’s ever watched a soap can see this early labor coming from a mile away-it seems likely there’ll be an emergency baby delivery during the festivities.

With Adam in attendance, Y&R may find an excuse to have him play the hero and help Sally as her little one makes his or her debut; there may be more developments in Diane and Nikki’s rivalry as well.

Diane may go too far in her efforts to protect the family company and rile Jack up in the process.
