Survivor 51, Episode 5 Spoilers: Blood Ring Arrives, Two Tribal Council Votes, Maggie’s Leaves Toka

Survivor 51 is here and in full swing! Episode 4 had plenty of interesting moments to recap, and Soap Opera Spy (SOS) has spoilers for Episode 5. Learn more by reading below.

Key Takeaways

  • Three new tribes shake up the game.
  • Rob’s voluntary exit changes the numbers.
  • Jenna is eliminated in a 4-1 vote.
  • Two tribes face Tribal Council next.
  • Maggie prepares to cause chaos.

Recap of Survivor 51, Episode 4 – Tribal Swap

The biggest development from Survivor 51, Episode 4 was that Toka and Savu were thrown into disarray as Jeff Probst gathered both teams and told them to drop their buffs.

That said, the two tribes were split into three. This is how the new tribes are formed:

Toka (Yellow): Brady, Carter, Maggie, Thien Ann, Mike, and Kristin.

Savu (Purple): Devin, Alexis, Ori, Jelly, and Jenna.

Dena (Pink): Eric, Sharonda, Kilby, Linnea, Cristian, and Lewis.

As you can see, each tribe has six castaways, except for Savu, which has five.

The reason for this was Rob’s voluntary exit from the game during Episode 4.

As Soap Opera Spy previously reported, Episode 4 promised a major tribal shake-up, new alliances, and even a little romance.

The new tribe dynamics brought new alliances. Eric and Kilby bonded, while Ori and Jelly flirted!

Then there was poor Mike, who was trying to improve his social game but just ended up looking like he was “trying too hard.”

Still, Thien Ann and Carter established a strong voting alliance.

Recap of Survivor 51, Episode 4 – Who Got Voted Out?

In the end, the tribe with the fewest castaways, Savu, lost the Immunity Challenge and was sent to Tribal Council.

But before they did that, Savu ate one of the chickens they had inherited. It was kind of like a “last supper” for one castaway!

In the end, Jenna was voted out.

Even though Devin, Jelly, and Jenna were previously on the Toka tribe, right before the swap, Devin and Jelly were blindsided by an alliance that eliminated Patt, which Jenna was part of.

Plus, Jelly, Devin, and Ori are still part of that first-day “Helicopter Alliance.”

As Soap Opera Spy previously covered, the game had already been shaken by a historic voting blunder and the events leading up to the tribal swap.

Jenna was voted out in a 4-1 vote, with Jenna voting for Alexis, while Jelly, Devin, Ori, and Alexis voted for Jenna.

On The Next Survivor

The preview for Episode 5 is out, and Survivor 51 spoilers hint that Devin will do something that makes Jelly question whether he’s good for her game.

During an Immunity Challenge, Probst tells all three tribes that two tribes will be going to Tribal Council.

For viewers curious about what happens behind the scenes, Celebrating The Soaps previously explained how Jeff Probst secretly tallies the votes at Tribal Council.

Meanwhile, someone who appears to be Sharonda passes what is referred to as a “Blood Ring” to Linnea, who looks shocked.

It’s unknown what this means for the game, but it’s sure to provide an intriguing new twist.

As the promo wraps up, Maggie is shown arriving at a tribe on a boat.

She can be heard in a confessional saying she’s ready to cause chaos.

The last clip shows her telling someone off-camera, “It’s do or die, guys.”

Editor’s Take

The tribe swap has already shaken things up, and I think the double Tribal Council twist could make things even messier!

Maggie saying she’s ready to cause chaos certainly has my attention, but I’m also curious about that mysterious Blood Ring.

And with Jelly questioning Devin’s loyalty, another alliance could be in serious trouble!
