Royal Family: ‘Conspiracy of Silence’ Cracks Under Pressure?

The “conspiracy of silence” surrounding the British Royal Family seems to be cracking in the face of fresh allegations against former Prince Andrew. Is a massive change on the way for the monarchy? Read on to find out more.

Analysts believe that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor pulled the entire institution into the line of fire. And, it doesn’t help that reports emerge suggesting a long-term cover-up.

From whispers and irritation, it seems that a new storm gains momentum. Recently, TalkTV reporter Samara Gill and former Royal protection officer Davies had a little chat.

Andrew’s Conduct Wasn’t A Secret

In the latest update with Jeremy Kyle, Gill described how Davies claimed that senior officials knew about Andrew’s controversial conduct for decades. According to him, pretty much everyone failed to hold the “pompous” Duke accountable.

In fact, he alleged that there’s been a “conspiracy of silence” that protected Andrew for over 25 years. Why is that? Well, it seems that possibly, protection officers and even senior staff felt “terrified of losing their jobs.”

Apparently, it’s a bit safer to let any questionable behavior by Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor get swept under the carpet. Actually, given that he was always the Queen’s favorite child, perhaps they feared a sharp response.

Unvetted Visitors

Perhaps the most damaging claims involve Andrew’s role as a special trade envoy. Of course, his arrest and potential charges were already widely reported.

But, during the TalkTV segment, Gill mentioned reports that the Duke bypassed standard security protocols at various royal residences.

Allegedly, Andrew used the code name of “Mrs Windsor” for those women he let into the palaces without background checks.

Notably, not all of them originated in the UK. Gill noted that some of those individuals included Russian or Romanian nationals. As they bypassed “background checks,” they could have potentially been foreign agents.

Emails Leaked Secrets?

Apart from the Epstein “Invisible man” email, others surfaced, suggesting information ended up leaked to hostile or foreign states. Allegedly, they included countries like China and Singapore.

Things start looking very bleak for the British Royal Family. Jeremy Kyle summarized the situation by suggesting that Andrew was “scurrying around… filling his own pockets up” while the monarchy seemingly looked the other way.

Can The King Survive The Scandal?

As the investigation into the protection officers continues, Jeremy Kyle and Samara Gill debated whether King Charles III might survive the fallout.

Even Kyle, an admitted “big royalist,” noted that the situation reached a tipping point. He said, “if the only way to save the monarchy is for Charles to fall on his sword then so be it.”

The Monarch Knows Too Much

Forced abdication wouldn’t be a doddle in the park. Plus, for the King, if he gets “dragged down, he might squeal.” Let’s face it, he’s been on the inside for 70 years, and he’s neither blind nor deaf.

So, there’s a potential that he could reveal secrets about other family members. And, there are loads of them that don’t seem “squeaky clean.”

Might Charles Testify In Court?

On another note, if King Charles gets called to testify, well, technically, he might not have to. After all, it’s “his court” in the UK. So the King can’t be easily compelled to testify. In fact, don’t be surprised if Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor uses that fact as a shield for his own defense.

While the King now sits in the public eye’s questionable zone, the future of the monarchy probably lies with the Prince of Wales. In fact, the duo discussed how Prince William’s been “sounding the alarm behind the scenes for a long time.”

Gill claimed that William feels “absolutely enraged.” Notably, he seemed to have distanced himself from his uncle. Remember how he famously refused any interaction with Andrew at last year’s funeral?

For many folks, the only solution for the royal family is a “clean slate” under William and Catherine. And certainly, it seems that the King’s reputation starts looking increasingly “tarnished.”

Viewers React

The response by viewers seemed overwhelmingly critical, with many of them calling for an end to royal immunity.

One of them opined, “Too late, its time to call it a day for the British Monarchy. Let them take their baubles and bangles and one stately home… Not a penny more from the state coffers.”
