Rory Feek Accused Of Exploiting Sick Daughter Indiana

Rory Feek is in hot water on the internet this after he shared photos of his 12 year old daughter Indiana Boone at the hospital after she had heart surgery.

The update isn’t unusual for the former internet celeb.  But, the fact that he posted the photos on a website that you have to pay to view isn’t going over well.

Feek is well known for being one half of the duo Joey + Rory.  Sadly, their career was cut short in 2015 when Joey’s wife Rory passed away from cancer.

The couple had been working in the country and christian music niches for years.  But, their sad videos on the internet is what actually made them famous.

Nine times out of ten, all that anyone remembers about Rory Feek is that his wife passed away unexpectedly and he was left raising their one year old daughter alone.

Even more tragic, Indiana Boone was diagnosed with Down-Syndrome and has face other health issues.

Rory and Joey Feek’s story captivated social media ten years ago.  And the couple’s music began to get some traction due to their heartbreaking videos.

After Joey Feek passed away and the headlines stopped, Rory Feek slowly vanished from the media.  But, he does still have an account on SubStack where he posts blogs and videos for his fans.  They have to pay a monthly subscription to view the blogs though.

Rory Feek’s Furious Daughter Speaks Out

Rory Feek actually has two oder daughters from a previous marriage, and they are in their 30’s now.

Heidi and Hopie Feed made headlines a few years ago when they tried to tak their father to court to get access to their little sister.

Apparently, Rory’s other daughters haven’t been allowed to see 12 year old Indiana in a few years now.

After Rory Feek shared his daughter’s surgery photos, Heidi Feek posted a lengthy rant about her dad.  She called Rory out for exploiting his daughter and her down-syndrome diagnosis for financial gain.

Heidi ranted, “I am still upset because of the ongoing exploitation of my little sister on his monetized Substack account.”

Feek’s angry daughter added, “That’s not a moment to be taking photos, that’s not a moment to be blogging about, and it’s not a moment to be self-promoting or promoting your organization performing your song.  It all makes me absolutely sick to my stomach.”
