Prince Andrew Loses Royal Funding For Healer & Chanting Sessions

Late Queen Elizabeth II reportedly spent a lot of money trying to keep Prince Andrew happy with a spiritual team. Well, those days are over now, and the crown isn’t forking out for his peace of mind, or lack of it. Read on for more details.

Claims Via A Book

Radar Online reported on the story and much of their information arrived via a book by Robert Jobson, titled The Windsor Legacy. According to both sources, among other things, part of the “spiritual team” was an “Indian” healer who was paid a yearly fee of tens of thousands. 

Apparently, the healer helped Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor by teaching him chanting sessions. Plus, it involved holistic therapy and massages. Notably, it seems that the late Queen Elizabeth would, without hesitation, allow expenses for Andrew on demand.

Charles Took A Strong Stand 

The book noted that Prince Charles was a different kettle of fish, though. In fact, after his mother passed away, he became much stricter on unnecessary expenses. Apart from that, royal watchers heard that he wanted to trim down the monarchy.

Although recent questions arise about Prince Andrew’s slow departure from his royal residence, and over the costs of Prince Edward’s accommodation, King Charles definitely started cutting back on spending for his brother.

A Mommy’s Love

No diss to the Queen, but she seemed very fond of her son, and allegedly, she kept on funding even after Andrew’s catastrophic “2019” interview relating to the “Jeffrey Epstein” case.

Well, it seems as if Queen Elizabeth was conscious of being a mom, and she adored Prince Andrew despite his faults. The outlet mentioned that she allegedly told critics, “he was my son.” So, she decided to protect him even though it harmed the crown’s reputation.

Allegedly, King Charles took a different view of Andrew, and felt “horrified” when he found out about the expensive healing bill. He terminated the account immediately. Of course, it didn’t stop there, and when he lost his titles, Prince Andrew also reportedly lost other payments.

It’s evident that the Queen’s measures were contributing to Andrew’s lavish lifestyle for a long time. She allowed him to have a house staffed with servants and healers. Meanwhile, the palace office automatically processed the expenses with little objection.

Good For The Goose?

With chanting and holistics gone out the door, it shows that King Charles and Queen Elizabeth held different views on priorities. Certainly, she might have been motivated by devotion to her boy, but Charles certainly seems to take a much stricter line.

However, when it comes to his own son, Prince Harry, it seems that Charles also has a soft spot. After the book Spare, and the Oprah Winfrey interview, many people believe he should strip his titles, just like he stripped the title of The Duke of York from Andrew.
