‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Secret Pact, Urgent Intel, Crime & Consequences

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of May 4, 2026. Expect Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) to make a pact with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).

Josslyn Jacks Busted

Let’s kick off this post with Josslyn. Fans saw Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) chat with Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

The doctor informed her fake brother that Josslyn is a WSB agent. Then, Josslyn canceled plans with Trina at the last minute to play spy games. 

Unfortunately for Josslyn, she gets caught. Cassius shows up and grabs her roughly. Then, the villain says he can’t let her go anywhere. Josslyn could be in some real danger!

Pascal’s Threat

 At Wyndemere, fans can expect to see Pascal (Marc Forget) corner Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). The villain declares that Lucas should not be there!

Lucas doesn’t realize it yet, but he’s in grave danger. Not just from Pascal, but Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) as well. At the end of the week, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) supports Lucas.

Carly Spencer’s Consequences

General Hospital spoilers for the week of May 4 reveal that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), will have to face the music.

The woman was busted in bed with no clothes on. While she was sleeping with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he hid in the nick of time. 

Once downstairs, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) rages at Carly. The man can’t believe that the blonde thinks there are going to be no consequences. As the week continues, expect Carly to get some alarming information. 

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) introduces performer Michael James Scott. Everyone will gather at The Savoy for a great night.

Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) has some intel to report to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Meanwhile, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is tested. At the hospital, Curtis confides in Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). 

As for Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she issues a special request to Laura Collins (Genie Francis). The nurse will also have a discussion with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). It is also teased that Trina and Gio agree to a pact.

Also, fake Nathan will apply additional pressure to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). If the man continues pushing Lulu, she could get suspicious, so stay tuned!
