GH Spoilers: Obrecht Doesn’t Know She Had TWO Sons?

Liesl Obrecht is a complicated character on General Hospital, Kathleen Gati is constantly leaving fans guessing. 

This week the popular character returned to Port Charles and we have so many questions. 

Now that we know Nathan West is really Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), we can’t help but wonder if his mother Liesl has known all along that her dead son is an impostor.  

Where Was Cassius

As far as everyone is concerned, Liesl Obrecht has ONE son and that’s Nathan West.  Nobody has ever seen Liesl with the twins or knows that they exist. 

A popular theory floating around on social media is that Liesl and Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) could have split up the twins and each kept one and raised him. 

If Cassius was raised by Faison, there’s no telling what he’s capable of.  And, that would explain why nobody ever saw him.

General Hospital spoilers are hinting that Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) could be in on Cassius and Nathan West’s swap.  She might even be helping her son pull the wool over everyone’s eyes.

Obrecht has definitely been acting a little strange since she came back to Port Charles, has she known all along that is not really her son Nathan?

Is Cassius REALLY A Twin

When it comes to the WSB and Cesar Faison, ANYTHING is possible.  If the Cassadines can put people on ice, then why can’t he just make a clone of his son?  We know that Cassius is Nathan West’s twin, but that doesn’t mean anything on General Hospital. 

A new rumor that is gaining traction hints that Liesl Obrecht may have only given birth to one baby boy, and Cesar cloned him and made Cassius.  So, in the grand scheme of things Obrecht really may not know that there’s a Nathan twin out there.
