GH Spoilers Thursday, November 5: Elizabeth Horrified, Sonny’s Dangerous Deal & Serena’s Bombshell!

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, November 5, reveal Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) shock, while Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) makes a risky offer.

Plus, at the Port Charles Police Station, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) pushes back!

Key Takeaways

• Elizabeth is horrified by Heather’s unexpected appearance
• Tracy puts her faith in Jason to handle family business
• Serena makes Lucy a risky offer involving Deception
• Alexis pushes back against Valentin at the PCPD
• Sonny tries to convince Jude to leave Phoebe alone

Elizabeth’s Shock

Elizabeth is shocked while at work at General Hospital, as Heather Webber (Alley Mills) approaches her. Heather’s excited and gives her a big hug.

Heather tells her, “I moved back to Port Charles, isn’t that great?” Elizabeth obviously doesn’t think so, going by the horror in her eyes. First on her mind must be why her brother Steve Webber (Scott Reeves) didn’t call!

Probably the next thing Heather will tell Elizabeth is that she bought Spoon Island, including Wyndemere and the stables. But why in the world would she want it? It’s only full of bad memories!

Tracy Puts Her Faith In Jason

In the meantime, at the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) puts her faith in Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as she asks, “Do I have your guarantee on that?”

With Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) gone, Jason’s handling Aurora, sometimes ELQ, and Deception. Plus, now there’s the claim on Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) that Jude Jacks (Wil Traval) is making!

Jason obviously promises Tracy he’s got everything handled, and she doesn’t have to worry. It sounds like Tracy may have to go somewhere!

As previously reported, Jason has taken on a bigger role in Tracy’s business battles, particularly where Deception is concerned.

Serena’s Risky Offer

Elsewhere, at Bobbie’s, Serena makes a risky offer, and from the look on Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) face, the offer is to her mother!

Lucy is in shock as her daughter tells her, “You know what—the hell with Deception!”

Lucy has come up with one scheme after another that she’s demanded Serena comply with in order to get the company back in her hands one hundred percent!

What no one ever expected was for Tracy to fold Deception into ELQ, so it is now a subsidiary.

But it sounds like Serena has a better idea to pitch to her mom. The question is, will Lucy bite?

Alexis Pushes Back!

At the Port Charles Police Department, Alexis pushes back when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) apparently asks her for representation—or he could be asking for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) had come to represent him but admitted Valentin wasn’t giving him a whole lot to work with!

Alexis tells Valentin she doesn’t think she wants to be a part of this, and he tells her, “Believe me, you want to!”

It sounds like Valentin may possibly want Alexis in the loop because she’s Scout Cain’s (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) grandmother, and he may plan to implicate Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) murder.

Sonny Tries To Bribe Jude

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has gotten Jude to meet with him, and Jude smirks as Sonny tells him, “Do whatever you want to do, as long as you stay away from me!”

It sounds like, based on previous conversations with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), he’s going to try to bribe Jude to leave town and abandon his quest for Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton).

As Jude’s custody battle threatens the Quartermaine family, Sonny may decide that money is the quickest way to make the problem disappear.

But Jude had enough money to throw hundred-dollar bills on the bar at the Brown Dog, so he probably can’t be bought.

Sonny might have to resort to “business tactics” used in a “business” he recently abandoned!

But when you’re dealing with a criminal or even the son of one, desperate times might call for desperate measures!

Meanwhile, Sonny’s confrontation with Jude could spark another dangerous feud involving the Jacks family.

Editor’s Take

I can only imagine what Elizabeth is thinking with Heather suddenly back in Port Charles! And Sonny trying to buy off Jerry Jacks’ son?

Something tells me Jude isn’t going to make this easy. I’m also curious about Serena’s offer to Lucy—could she finally be ready to stop playing her mother’s games?
