GH Spoilers: Monet's Revenge Plot – Steals Curtis From Jordan?

General Hospital spoilers and updates suggest that Monet Mitchell (Blythe Howard) might have ulterior motives beyond simply serving as Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) legal representative.

While Monet approached Curtis to become his attorney, her underlying desire to hurt Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) could also motivate her to pursue a romantic or personal connection with him.

Key Takeaways

  • Monet may have a secret revenge agenda.
  • Jordan and Monet’s feud remains a mystery.
  • Curtis could become a pawn in their conflict.
  • Monet might pursue a romance with Curtis.
  • Jordan’s absence could create an opportunity.

Monet and Jordan’s Conflict Has Been Kept Under Wraps So Far

GH writers have kept the specifics of Monet and Jordan’s conflict under wraps, but a serious rift between them is clear.

The fallout between Jordan and Monet has apparently kept them separated for years.

Jordan’s animosity toward Monet runs so deep that she deliberately kept Curtis in the dark about having a sister throughout their entire relationship.

As Jordan’s mysterious family history and Monet’s unexpected arrival have already suggested, there could be some painful secrets behind the sisters’ estrangement.

This omission speaks volumes about how serious Jordan’s grievances with Monet are.

There must be a compelling reason why Monet relocated to Port Charles and promptly enlisted Curtis as her first client.

Monet Appears to Be Scheming to Ensnare Curtis in Her Vendetta Against Jordan

Monet appears to be orchestrating a calculated scheme designed to ensnare Curtis in her vendetta against Jordan.

Given her evident thirst for retribution, it’s worth exploring whether a romantic rival lies at the heart of their fractured relationship.

The notion that Monet and Jordan once competed for the same man’s affection isn’t implausible.

Perhaps Jordan crossed a critical boundary by seducing Monet’s partner, leaving a wound so deep that Monet has never truly healed.

Of course, Monet’s intriguing offer to represent Curtis already raised questions about her true intentions.

Could her decision to become his attorney be about something far more personal than securing his freedom?

This Theory Could Be Credible If Monet Was Engaged to This Man or He Was Her Soulmate

This theory gains credibility if Monet was engaged to this man or considered him her soulmate.

She may believe Jordan robbed her of a chance at lasting happiness and therefore deserves equivalent suffering.

This motivation could explain why Monet is determined to secure Curtis’s release, putting her in a position to carry out the next stage of her revenge.

By leveraging her role as Curtis’s legal representative, Monet might deepen their connection and set the stage for a devastating betrayal of her own.

While Curtis desperately seeks to escape Pentonville’s dangers, Monet’s help could go far beyond arranging a transfer to Spring Ridge or securing house arrest.

Monet Could Steal Curtis Out From Under Jordan While She’s in Baden-Baden

Should Monet succeed in securing Curtis’s freedom through her legal efforts, his appreciation would know no bounds.

This gratitude, combined with the potential connection between them, could give Monet the perfect opportunity to win Curtis’s affection and ignite a passionate romance.

Monet could convince Curtis to betray Jordan’s trust, especially if she plants seeds of doubt by suggesting Jordan has already compromised her loyalty to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

By skillfully orchestrating this narrative, Monet might manipulate the entire dynamic and push Curtis toward infidelity.

After all, Jordan’s trip to Baden-Baden and Monet’s growing influence over Curtis have already created an opportunity for trouble.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Monet’s scheme of vengeance could inflict serious emotional damage, so keep watching for potentially devastating developments on the horizon.

Editor’s Take

I don’t trust Monet one bit, and I certainly don’t believe her sudden interest in Curtis is simply about helping him get out of prison.

The timing is just too convenient!

Jordan has barely left for Baden-Baden, and Monet is already in the perfect position to get closer to her sister’s man.

What really interests me is what happened between these two women all those years ago. Whatever it was, Jordan clearly hasn’t forgiven Monet, and I suspect there’s a very good reason for that.

If Monet is planning to seduce Curtis just to hurt Jordan, that’s a pretty cruel way to get revenge.

However, Curtis also needs to take responsibility for his own choices. Being grateful to someone for helping you doesn’t mean you have to fall into bed with them!

Do you think Monet is plotting to steal Curtis from Jordan, or is there an even bigger secret behind the sisters’ feud?
