GH Spoilers: Britt Confesses Fake Nathan’s Identity, Stuns Rocco with Truth About Cassius?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may decide to unburden herself and spill something that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) doesn’t know yet.

Now that Britt and Rocco have left Port Charles together, they’ll have plenty of time to talk.

That could lead to Britt deciding she doesn’t want any more secrets between them. Since Britt believes she’s going to die in a few months without her meds anyway, she may see no reason to take any shockers to the grave.

As a result, Britt may fill Rocco in on any other news he’s missing about her situation with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).

That could include the truth about “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) and his fake return from the grave.

Part of Rocco might be upset that Britt stayed silent while Cassius posed as Nathan and duped Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

Another part of Rocco may assume Cassius isn’t so bad since he worked so hard to help him after the shooting.

Cassius was the one who got Rocco away from the pier in a hurry and put a lot on the line by covering for him. Britt may end up defending Cassius as someone who’s been in a tight spot with Cullum and Sidwell like her.

Of course, Britt doesn’t know Cassius is holding Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) hostage.

That might change Britt’s opinion if she knew, but she currently seems to care about Cassius on some level – even if he’s not a hero like Nathan was.

Regardless, Britt may take a risk by making a Cassius-related confession to Rocco.

Once Rocco gets past the shock and works through his emotions, he may thank Britt for her honesty and feel even closer to her.

Naturally, this could put Cassius’ secret in Rocco’s hands and lead to trouble once Rocco inevitably returns to Port Charles.

Rocco may have to decide whether he’s willing to keep quiet about Cassius taking over “Nathan’s” life.

That decision could get complicated if “Nathan” and Lulu reunite, so stay tuned for any escalating GH drama.
