GH Rumors: Another Impostor Arrives In Port Charles

General Hospital spoilers say Cassius Faison might not be the only impostor making his way around Port Charles.

Nathan West’s evil twin is up to no good and currently creating chaos on the ABC soap opera.  But according to the soap rumor mill, he might not be the only impostor in town.  Keep reading for all the details!

Two Fan Faves Return

This summer is going to be an exciting one on General Hospital, comings and goings say there are TWO fan faves set to return to the daytime show this month.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are both set to come back this month.  But, will it be the REAL Anna and Jason that return to Port Charles?

Anna and Jason have a lot in common on GH.  In fact, they both have had their identities stolen in the past.

Anna Devane has swapped places (unwillingly) with her twin sister Alex Devane (Finola Hughes).

The last time the WSB got their hands on Jason Morgan, the “other” Jason came back (Billy Miller).

An Impostor To Help The Impostor

It’s still unclear who Cassius Faison is really working for or what his goal is.  If someone sent Cassius to Port Charles, will they send another impostor to town to help him?

Anna Devane is currently in a psychiatric ward and can’t tell her left shoe from her right shoe.  It won’t be difficult for an impostor to swap places with her.

If Anna is already manic, nobody would notice if Alex stood in for her.  Even if Alex’s act isn’t believable, Anna’s friends and family will just right off her bizarre behavior as symptoms of her mental health crisis.
