Is This The Most Disrespected Character In Port Charles?
Clearly, Brennan was supposed to be a WSB chief, but instead he was just constantly put in Carly Corinthos and Nina Reeves’s orbit for all of the wrong reasons.
During the time that he was in Port Charles, everyone seemed to screw him over or try to outsmart or manipulate in one way or another.
Plus, it wasn’t like Brennan was very intimidating or threatening at all. He was a rogue character that benefited from both sides but at the end of the day, he was also trapped between two women.
Clearly, many GH fans had lots to say about Brennan and whether or not he truly did get the short end of the stick while he was in Port Charles.
Some have even taken to social media to comment with, “I am upset at what they did to his character, yet they leave Drew on the show knowing how much he’s hated, leaving Jordan & Curtis (the 2 most boring characters along with Portia & Isaiah)!”
Was Brennan Disrespected In Port Charles?
“But yeah, let’s get rid of one of the best looking men, a good actor (better than the stiff, overacting Drew, I mean he was better in his locked in syndrome). Also we know Drew & Ava will never get caught!”
Another General Hospital critic wrote, “I’m also upset that his romance with Nina didn’t get further explored. The actors had great chemistry. But as always, once a character is done with Carly, their importance simply decreases ten-fold.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I’m so upset over this and FV needs to go. Why are we keeping Willow and Drew and Jordan and Curtis crap going, but waste Chris McKenna (amongst other) for no reason. This makes me want to stop watching for another 10 year break.”
So far the producers of General Hospital haven’t made any comments about all the criticism they’ve received just yet.
