Everyone deserves romance and with Jamey Giddens and Dan O’Connor now writing the show left behind by Josh Griffith we may see interesting changes in romantic pairings!
1) Sharon Newman
Schick fans know what they want and it’s Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
What’s taking so long? Fans have been vocal about this legacy pairing, so will it happen after his rehab? Nick and Sharon have matured and grown and a fresh re-do would be a gift to fans.
2) Audra Charles
Poor Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), always a bridesmaid, never a bride. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) delivered a pep talk to her bestie, telling her to keep hope alive, there’s plenty of fish in the sea.
Is this a clue that Audra will at last find true love? The problem is, Audra needs to shed her transactional nature in order to genuinely fall for someone. Do you think she’s capable of doing that at this point in her life?
We’re not saying that Audra needs to become a vanilla good girl, but she could tone down her combativeness and still remain feisty enough to be entertaining.
3) Traci Abbott
It looked like Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) finally had a happily ever after with good twin Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins).
Then she discovered that evil twin Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins) was an imposter. Just like that Traci’s dreams were dashed and she was once again single.
At The Shadow Room Traci recently said that she’s ready to move on with her life, and even got the silver fox bartender’s phone number!
It remains to be seen if the show follows this plot, but at the least Traci deserves to spend time with someone who treats her like the goddess she is.
