RIP Jack Brennan
General Hospital spoilers reveal that it’s been quite the week in Port Charles, with plenty of twists and turns, and more to come.
During the Monday, August 31 episode, Ava met with Brennan to distract the man so that Drew could search his hotel room for the blackmail evidence he had on him. Ava also placed a sleeping pill in his drink. The medication had an immediate effect on Brennan.
While Ava could not keep him engaged enough for a conversation, the spy attempted to head back to his Metro Court hotel room.
Last fans saw Brennan alive, he was in the elevator, in a drowsy state, hitting multiple buttons to get to his floor. The next time fans saw Brennan (unalive), he was upside down in the Metro Court Pool.
The Horror Of It All
It’s hard to say what was more disturbing. The fact that Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) ran from the Metro Court Pool upon finding Brennan, or the fact that Drew and Ava nonchalantly (and quickly) came up with a plan to hide poor Brennan.
In the end, Drew and Ava hauled Brennan to a piece of property that was adjacent to the Quartermaine estate and used to be owned by the family. It’s now a conservation area that isn’t frequented by people and will never be built on.
Drew thought he was being brilliant with this idea, but little does he know that Outback just may be the thing to bring him and this scheme crashing down!
During the Wednesday, September 2 episode, right after Ava and Drew dug a grave and buried Brennan, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) found Danny and Charlotte in the Q boathouse. Danny had stolen Chase’s truck (okay, technically borrowed), and the cop wanted to confront the teen.
Of course, Outback took off, and Charlotte ran after the dog. The pup ran directly to Brennan’s grave and started digging around.
While Charlotte was able to distract Outback enough to help get the dog back to the Q estate, fans know that it won’t be long until the puppy goes back and digs until Brennan is exposed!
Are Drew and Ava’s days numbered, or will the WSB find Brennan and assume their prime suspect is linked to the Quartermaines?
