Big Brother 28 Summer TV Schedule – When To Watch On CBS

Summer 2026 is officially here, and that means the Big Brother season 28 premiere is right around the corner on CBS.

After we wrap up our Fourth Of July celebrations, we can expect to see Julie Chen on our screens a few days later.

Here’s everything we know about Big Brother’s TV schedule this summer, keep reading for all of the details!

Big Brother Returns July 2026

Julie Chen and Big Brother have become a summer necessity over the past two decades.  This year won’t be any different, and Big Brother 28 will premiere on Thursday, July 9th.

The premiere is slated for 90 minutes and is believed to include the live move-ins like previous summers.

According to an official press release from CBS, their spinoff Big Brother Unlocked will also be returning for a second season this summer.

The series is hosted by BB veterans and includes unaired scenes and in-depth interviews from evicted players.  Big Brother Unlocked airs biweekly on CBS, and will air every other Friday after live evictions.

Big Brother TV Schedule On CBS

This summer Big Brother will air three (sometimes four) times a week.  There will be 90 minute episodes airing every Wednesday.

Then one hour episodes will air every week on Thursday and Sunday.  The weeks that Unlocked airs, fans will also be able to turn in on Fridays.

Like previous seasons, you can also view livestreams of the Big Brother house all week long.  That’s where all the real drama happens!  If you have a Paramount+ subscription, you can access the camera feeds on the app.

Pluto TV also offers Big Brother live feeds for FREE on their streaming app, but you will have to sit through commercial breaks.
