Another General Hospital Recast Pops Up In Port Charles

This month has turned in to a casting frenzy on General Hospital, and there’s more new faces coming!

Multiple new characters and old fan faves are coming back to Port Charles this summer and a few recasts.

This week viewers will notice anther new face on the ABC soap, keep reading for all of the details!

General Hospital Introduces New Recast

General Hospital comings and goings reveal actress Reagan Park will be making her Port Charles debut on Wednesday June 17.

Park will be standing in for Cosette Abinante and playing the part of Scout Cain.

It’s unclear why Abinante wasn’t on set during filming last month and TPTB had to bring in a temporary recast.

However, Reagan Park’s time as Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) daughter on the ABC soap will be VERY short-lived.  Next month, another new actress will be taking over the role.

Last month General Hospital confirmed that they were going to SORAS (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) fave Scout Cain when she returns in July 2026.

Scout is currently away at summer camp, and will be returning home full time next month.  When Scout Cain comes back, the actress will appear much older than she was when she left.

General Hospital SORAS Shocker

According to GH spoilers, the new and older Scout Cain will be in her teens and played by soap opera newcomer Kayden Brenna Tokarski.

When Tokarski takes over the role, Scout will go from being in elementary school to a young teenager.

Imagine her dad’s shock when Drew Cain finally escapes his wife’s hospital room and realizes his daughter is all grown up!  In fact, rumor has it that Scout Cain might be the one who finally figures out what Willow is up to and helps her dad get free.

That could be why the writers aged the character, a 9 year old wouldn’t notice that her father was being drugged.
