All Stars Alum Janelle Pierzina Reveals If She Will Be On Big Brother 28

The Big Brother 28 premiere on CBS is less than two weeks away and the countdown is on for the July 9 premiere date.  Typically TPTB keep a tight lid on the summer cast until a few days before the live move-in.

But, all Big Brother spoilers are hinting that Summer 2026 may be another All Stars season, or possibly a new/returning player blend.

Will Janelle Pierzina Be On Big Brother 28

Big Brother casting rumors are currently running rampant on the web, and fan fave Janelle Pierzina’s name has been tossed around a lot on social media.

It’s not surprising that fans think there’s a chance she will return this year, after all she’s one of the original Big Brother All-Stars.

Janelle Pierzina in a total of four seasons of Big Brother new on CBS.  First she debuted as a new player on Big Brother 6, then she returned the next summer for Big Brother 7 All Stars.  Janelle Pierzina returned to reality TV in 2012 and played in Big Brother 14 as a coach.

Then the Big Brother icon returned AGAIN in 2020 to be on another season of All Stars.

Big Brother Alum Addresses Cast Rumors

If Big Brother 28 is going to be an All Stars season again, we can confirm that Janelle Pierzina actually won’t be a part of the cast.  The reality TV star took to social media to set the record straight about another BB return.

Pierzina tweeted, “No, I’m not doing #BB28.  Between selling houses, running Airbnbs, raising three kids, and pretending I know what day it is, I don’t have time to be locked in a house for 100 days. You guys can fight over slop without me.”

It’s interesting the way Janelle worded her post on “X” (aka Twitter).  She could have just said, “Oh I wasn’t invited to be on the cast this year.” 

Instead, the alum implied that she had turned down the opportunity, making us wonder if this really is going to be an All-Stars season.  Regardless if it is or isn’t, we know that Janelle won’t be on it.
