Beyond The Gates Preempted – When Will New BTG Episodes Return

We have sad news for Beyond The Gates fans heading in to the week of fourth of July.

All of the daytime soaps have various preemptions coming up for the holiday, but BTG is going off the air for an entire week.  Keep reading for all the details!

Beyond The Gates Preempted

If you were wondering if Beyond The Gates would be preempted for July 4th, then the answer is a resounding “Yes!” 

In fact, the CBS soap opera will be preempted for the entire week.  The popular daytime show is reportedly going off the air from June 29th until July 6th, 2026.

According to an official press release from CBS, the network will be airing re-runs every day of the week.  Monday thru Wednesday, fans can expect to see the Beyond The Gates episodes that aired on May 18-20.

Fans will recall those were the scenes about the Plasma Ring, and Derek was left fighting for his life.

Beyond The Gates Fourth Of July Schedule

On Thursday July 2, Beyond The Gates fans will get a treat when CBS airs an encore of Easter in Fairmont Crest.

The rest of the week of the 29th will also feature a Beyond The Gates re-run from April 6th.  The special episode focuses on fan faves Jacob (Jibre Hordges) and Naomi’s (Arielle Prepetit) wedding anniversary.

The couple was forced to celebrate the romantic day apart because Jacob was undercover, but we got more of an understanding of their relationship with a string of flashbacks.

According to Beyond The Gates spoilers, the daytime soap will return will all new episodes on Monday July 6, 2025.
