This week 19 Kids And Counting star Joseph Duggar went before a family court judge this week to try and get unsupervised visitation with his four children that he shares with wife Kendra Duggar.
The reality TV star was arrested on child molestation charges in March, and is actually banned from having unsupervised contact with ANY child under the age of 19 years old.
Joseph Duggar Loses Bid For Unsupervised Visits
After Joseph Duggar’s arrest in March 2026, the 19 Kids And Counting Star made a motion to have his restraining order amended so that he can spend unsupervised time with his children.
Duggar’s lawyer argued in court today with a Florida judge that Joseph’s four children weren’t victims in the case and he should be allowed to spend time with them unsupervised. However, the judge wasn’t entertaining the idea and denied Duggar’s motion.
Considering the severity of Joseph Duggar’s charges, he should probably be grateful he’s allowed to see his children at all. Plus, after he was accused of child molestation in Florida he was arrested again in Arkansas.
Kendra And Joseph Duggar Arrests
Kendra and Joseph Duggar were both charged with unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child (four times). The Duggar’s children were the alleged victims in that case.
The 19 Kids And Counting stars were arrested two days after Joseph was charged in Florida, and those charges stem from an investigation at their own home.
Joseph and his wife both pleaded not guilty to the child endangerment charges and awaiting their next court appearance. Meanwhile, Joseph is due back in Florida court on the child molestation charges on July 14.
Do you think the judge was right to deny Joseph Duggar unsupervised visits with his own children? Will the 19 Kids And Counting star end up going to prison like his big brother?
