Of course, Abby will have a very heated confrontation with a former rival who recently returned to storylines as actress Mishael Morgan continues her run as Amanda Sinclair.

Amanda shocked Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James), Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) when she arrived at Society to meet with them on behalf of Aristotle Duma.

The trio thought they were meeting with Dumas directly, only to learn that they would be speaking to his lawyer, who happens to be their old friend Amanda.

Speaking of Dumas, his assistant debuted on the canvas this week as Vincent Stalba entered the canvas as Carter during the Wednesday, May 14 show. As per Soap Opera Digest (SOD), this is a recurring role, and Carter will be seen in multiple episodes moving forward.

Carter entered storylines in a shocking fashion when Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) called the number she stole from Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) phone, expecting to talk to Dumas, only to have Carter answer the phone.

Will this mystery man ever debut, and is Dumas’s real identity linked to a character Y&R fans are already familiar with?
