Prince William Wouldn’t Say This Prince Harry Fact Out Loud

In 2027, Prince Harry’s ‘Invictus Games’ will be returning to the UK for the first time in over a decade. It will be hosted by Birmingham, and while 2027 is a long time in the future, experts are already commenting on whether the Duke of Sussex would be extending an invite to his pa and big brother, William.

But with their relationship still frostier than a snowman, is a future of Prince William and Harry’s great reunion a thing we should even look forward to? Like, is it even right to think that things will be that much better down the line? Well, for one thing a lot can happen before 2027.

Prince Harry Made Prince William’s Job That Much Harder When He Quit His Role As A Senior Royal

William may not openly admit it, but according to a source speaking to US Weekly, the heir to the throne of Britain feels the absence of his brother more deeply than he lets on.

The source said: “Harry and Meghan are highlighting a life of fun and lightness while William’s is dominated by duty and public service. They are worlds apart.”

“Harry left a large gap in William’s world, not just personally but practically,” they continued, adding, “The whole idea was for Harry to work hand-in-hand with William and to divide and conquer during William’s monarchy. So Harry not being there is tough. He feels deserted by his brother—not that he would ever say that out loud.”

If you’re thinking that there’s a way for Harry to worm his way back into William’s graces, I’m sorry to say but the chance is slim.

Speaking to OK! Magazine on the brothers’ rift, Kinsey Schofield said: “His pain doesn’t come from personal insults or headlines. It comes from his instinct to protect the woman he loves. But what cuts the deepest is Harry’s treatment of Catherine. She’s always loved him, always treated him like a little brother.”

“That’s the betrayal William won’t forget… But Harry never seems to think about the consequences,” Schofield added.

Prince Harry Loves “Parenting On His Own Terms”

Prince Harry, on the other hand, is said to still stand firmly on his decision to quit his royal role, believing that the reality is what allows him to parent on his own terms.

Amanda Matta told the outlet that Harry “enjoys the freedom he didn’t have as a working royal,” which includes “parenting on his own terms and can go on bike rides or date nights without the British press tracking his every move.”

She then explained that “The more time passes, the more William and Harry seem to be settling into their respective lives. No open conflict, just radio silence.”
