A recent report from Royal Commentator Neil Sean suggests that Prince Harry may have once again “blown” a chance to reconcile with his family. In a way, it can be equated with the offer to share his diary, an idea that seemed to make sense. However, Sean suggested that the gesture, along with other seemingly positive actions, are being undermined by strategic leaks to the media.
Struggling With Public Image
Sean noted that Harry appears to genuinely enjoy his charity work. That seems different from Meghan Markle who Sean believes sees it as an “opportunistic moment to grab a microphone, do a photo op, and then disappear into a luxury car.” But, Harry seems to be struggling to manage his public image.

According to Sean, Harry “has no idea about how to market himself.” He acknowledged that when Harry is at a royal event, he knows how to “smile, chat, make people feel welcome, excellent with children, great in that sort of stuff.” But on his own, he seems to be less self-assured.
An Example Of Undoing The Good He Does
The latest example, according Sean, is the wreath and letter that were placed on behalf of Prince Harry to honor his late grandfather, Prince Philip. The public was told that a friend placed it. Initially, Sean seemed a little uncertain about the gesture. However, he then suggested that there is a problem.
He opined, “Each time…that Harry does something that seems kind of nice and generous and sweet and kind or whatever, there seemingly is something behind it.”
Sean’s source claims that allegedly, numerous media outlets were “highlighted” and made aware of the wreath’s placement. This is the same tactic, he said, that led to the leak of the “secret meeting in the very heart of London” which resulted in “excellent pin-clear pictures sending a message out to the monarchy.”
Tipping Off The Media
Sean questioned who tipped off the media, and who allowed them to “make sure what time would they put the story out.” He believes that Harry could have kept the act of placing the wreath secret. However, given that it was a “very public letter, lengthy,” Sean speculated that Harry may have also wanted it to be known as he was “putting his emotions on his sleeve.”
The issue, Sean concluded, is that Harry is now “wrapped up in” a problem where “seemingly when he wants to do the right thing, the wrong thing engulfs him.” He attributed it to the fact that in his opinion, the people working for Harry and his wife have only one goal: “making sure that you get the right profile.”
In their minds, he noted, they have done a “terrific job,” but for Harry, this has created another “setback.” And, it’s “another one that he could have done without.” Sean said, from his point of view, that that Prince Harry is “a bit of a colossal clott” who “takes advice from the wrong people. Literally, it’s time and time and time again.”
Royal Family Fans React
In the comments section, those who follow the royal commentator had their say. Here are a few of their reactions:
- Harry and his PR team think we’re ALL idiots! We know what he’s up to – we see the REAL Harry now.
- That PR stunt at the VJ memorial using his grandfather as his foot in the door, is beyond disgusting, disrespectful and so absolutely a PR trick.
- Meghan and Harry mandated their PR to put this out there and Harry very well knows it. They need to stop the BS.
- If he wanted it private, why would he have had that lengthy letter attached to draw attention to it?
