That door might be closed but it looks like she’s doing whatever it takes to open it again. Of course, we are talking about Meghan Markle as there’s a new report that suggests she’s trying to “weasel” her way into the royal family.

In other words, she’s trying to get on their good side just because she has no idea what her future holds for her and Prince Harry as they continue to struggle to make ends meet in California.

But at the same time, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would like to repair their broken relationship with the royals but don’t want to be misused like they were in the past.

They certainly know it’s a possibility that it can happen, especially if they end up looking vulnerable or too needy in front of people like King Charles or even Prince William.

The royals have every reason to feel suspicious about Harry and Meghan and their intentions just because the couple threw them under the bus so many times in the past and they feel like it’s going to happen again.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “Meghan and Harry are caught between a rock and a hard place because they want to stand their ground and don’t want to be looking like they’re grovelling, but at the same time, they do want to mend fences. It’s very difficult because they aren’t getting much feedback.”

The Royals Are Worried About Being Thrown Under the Bus Again

However, that’s not stopping Meghan from trying to fix things between the royals and at least herself and that’s why she’s taken extra steps to show them that she does want to sincerely get along with them again.

The insider added, “Meghan continues to acknowledge peoples’ birthdays – she’s still sending gifts – and she’s stayed in contact with Eugenie to maintain that bridge as best she can.”

So far the Duchess of Sussex herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
