Last year, she was  was thought to be hooked up with a guy named Kevin Hale, who also had  along rap sheet. However, in May, she announced on Instagram that she became engaged to Chad. 

Her latest post that arrived two days ago on Instagram showed her out dancing with Chad. Previous posts reveal that he’s into cowboy things, trucks, and she loves the life. In her latest post, she said in her caption, “Had a wonderful night out with my future husband @chad_booker.”

Both posts saw a lot of love and joy on behalf of the mom of her daughter, Miley. Plus, they admire her because she graduated from the University of Mississippi, proving inmates can get things right. Additionally, she’s been working at an addiction clinic. However, Redditors think that she’s marrying a guy who killed someone.

Since the original engagement post was shared on social media, it seems that many comments were cleaned up, judging by the OP on Reddit. They asked, “I was scrolling TT and Lindsay came across my fyp. I see she is engaged to a Chad Booker and getting a lot of sh-T for it in the comments 🤷🏽‍♀️ who is he…anyone know ? A Criminal Record For A Death?

If it is the same Chad, then he must have reformed. His social media reveals a lot of posts about the Bible, and it seems that he has kids from another relationship. However, it’s not easy to verify if he’s the same man who took someone’s life. Probably, there are more Chad Bookers in the country than Lindsey Downs’ new man.

The basics of the 2007 case involved an altercation between someone who thought he was riding his ATV too fast. After making a report, the accused went to the house, and witnesses claimed he beat up the man, David White, a service veteran, and killed him.

While critics believe that Lindsey Downs is engaged to the same man, it’s not possible, based solely on the old records available to definitely prove it’s the same person who served time in prison. As Lindsey isn’t slated to appear in the upcoming season of Life After Lockup in August, fans might never find out for sure.
