GH Spoilers Thursday, January 11: Memorial Continues With Remembrances, Discovery In Amsterdam, A Daughter’s Tribute

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Thursday, January 11, 2024, tease Bobbie Spencer’s (Jacklyn Zeman) memorial continues with remembrances, a discovery in Amsterdam, and a daughter’s tribute.

Many Port Charles residents share remembrances, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) thinks she found Bobbie’s contact, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gives a tribute.

General Hospital Spoilers – Checking Into Something

Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) is with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) when he offers to check into something…he says let him make a few calls.

Even though Felicia and Carly apparently have already taken off to Amsterdam, either Anna or Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) filled him in.

Now that the corrupt WSB director is gone, he may have some better contacts about the trafficking case Bobbie was working on, understandably, Drew was concerned about it being dangerous.

Robert will have some other cases he’s working on as well with Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) and Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) he’ll have to prosecute.

But for now, he is glad to do what he can to help solve the Amsterdam mystery.

GH Spoilers – Elizabeth Baldwin Remembers Bobbie Spencer

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) remembers Bobbie, saying that she never made her feel ashamed.

It was Bobbie who tended to a teenage Elizabeth after she was raped, and helped the frightened teen recover-although it was a hard recovery.

She cleaned her wounds which happened thanks to the rapist, who her late husband Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) trapped in a dog cage when he got parole.

It was Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) who found her after the rape and helped her get to GH for treatment-she didn’t even want her grandma to know.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones’ Special Report

Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) had been talking to Bobbie’s reporter friend Angela Brighton (Brighton Hertford) and decided to do a special report to honor Bobbie.

Maxie says feels like this is something she can actually do, and they’ll sit down with the people of Port Charles to share their memories of Bobbie.

Elizabeth may have been talking about Bobbie earlier as part of this special report.

Viewers can likely expect plenty of flashbacks of classic scenes as a part of this. No doubt, something about BJ and Maxie getting her heart as a baby will be included.

GH Spoilers – Lucy Coe Cries As She Remembers Bobbie Spencer

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) cries as she remembers Bobbie, saying she guesses she’s one very lucky woman-likely saying she was lucky to have known her.

She and Bobbie often clashed-sometimes over Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) but overall there was mutual respect.

The last clash she’d had with Bobbie was when Lucy was supposed to be playing dead-Anna was framed for killing her.

Lucy had not trusted Bobbie to handle hosting the Nurses’ Ball properly and broke out of the safe house and appeared on stage, which partially led up to the Greenland situation.

Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) were kidnapped during the ball when Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) retaliated.

General Hospital Spoilers: Discovery In Amsterdam

In Amsterdam, Felicia and Carly are at the café that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) had mentioned Bobbie frequented.

Felicia points out someone and says she thinks they might have just found Bobbie’s contact. This may be a woman named Famke (Elise Robertson) and Carly will need to explain she’s Bobbie’s daughter and wants to help the trafficking victim get to the states.

Bobbie had been working with a volunteer organization in Amsterdam that helped young victims of human trafficking. When she passed away she was trying to help get one young girl to the United States.

GH Spoilers – A Daughter’s Tribute

Carly may be talking to the contact as she says there was a whole side to her mother she didn’t know anything about.

Carly will make a beautiful tribute to Bobbie as she tries to finish what she started. There will be an Amsterdam adventure that takes place as they try to find the missing girl.

This is only the beginning as they talk to Bobbie’s contact and try to track the girl down.
