The Young and The Restless spoilers reveal that Jill will tell Victor to get to the point because she has to get to court. However, Victor questions Jill’s reserve to take this matter to court. Of course, Victor doesn’t care about Chancellor Winter, he just wants McCall Unlimited. Victor thinks Jill should work things out with Devon.

Victor brings up Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper). Victor believes he knows how Katherine would have run the company and may even suggest that Katherine would allow Devon to have his share of the company back. Of course, Jill becomes very upset with Victor and gives him a piece of her mind, probably one that he doesn’t really want.

Victor tells Jill that he sold her the company because he thought it would be in good hands. Now Jill is fighting with Devon over his legacy. Jill may have loved Katherine and missed her, however, Jill admits that she does not miss Katherine trying to tell her how to run the company.
