Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint at some stunning returns in the land of Genoa City. While Michael Damian recently reprised his role fan favorite Danny Romalotti, for an extended run, and Veronica Redd has made a major comeback in the little town reprising her Mamie Johnson role, sounds like another familiar face is headed to town.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
Actress Lauralee Bell (Christine Blair) announced on her Instagram account that friend and former Y&R colleague, actress Tricia Cast is headed back to GC, reprising her Nina Webster role.
Looks like the old band is getting back together!
As Bell writes in the post, this is a “good surprise”, stating that “Tricia” is back, while also sharing a photo of the two, together.
There’s no official word on her airdate or how long Nina will be in Genoa City; however, it’ll be great to see her reunite with pals Cricket and Danny, not to mention her son Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd).
But will she have any more dramatic run-ins with Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway)? Then again, she could get into with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) as Nina may not agree with the age difference between her son and his new gal pal. Either way, fans will have to tune in to find out!
The last time Nina was in Genoa City was in March for the town’s big bicentennial gala, where she and Abby had a confrontation. Hopefully, now that more time has passed, and Chance has moved on, the two can be civil if they see each other.
Y&R Spoilers: Nina Webster’s History In GC
Tricia first debuted on the Y&R as Nina in the summer of 1986, playing a pregnant teen that Cricket befriended. She’s been the only actress in the legendary role and was a regular cast member for the daytime drama for 15 years. She left in 2001; however, has returned to the soap, on and off, since 2008.
