Days of Our Lives Spoilers indicate that Sarah will have a baby scare on August 28 and be rushed to the hospital.

Of course, this will bring up memories of her last baby and how close she and Xander were. Sarah will be very grateful for Xander’s support during this time and when she is released from the hospital. After all, Xander loved her other child as well.

Sarah’s heart is sure to soften toward Xander as she is reminded of how loving and supportive Xander can be.

This doesn’t mean that Sarah will necessarily want to admit to her feelings. Xander crossed the line when he started working for Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).

However, Xander was desperate at the time and things went much further than they were supposed to.

Maggie has tried to tell Sarah that she will regret not telling Xander the truth no matter how much she wants to keep up this ruse of being in love with Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder).

Sarah would have to lie to her child for the rest of its life if she doesn’t come clean and Maggie knows how difficult that could be. Sarah also wouldn’t come to Salem nearly as much as she used to.

Maggie has tried to explain that Sarah may not be with Xander but the baby deserves to know its father. Sarah is setting herself up for some major issues down the line if she doesn’t tell this child the truth.

However, Sarah is afraid that Xander could end up hurting their baby in the end. Sarah will soon face a game-changing situation though.

During the week of September 4 to September 8, Sarah will go into labor and that could change everything.

Will Xander or Rex be by Sarah’s side when she is faced with this delivery and all of the memories it is sure to bring back? Suppose Xander ends up delivering this baby under extraordinary circumstances too.

Sarah may find her feelings too much to control when she sees Xander holding the child they wanted so badly. Can Sarah keep herself from telling Xander the truth in that moment?
