Y&R spoilers reveal that in Monday’s episode, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) learns about Allie. Later, Jack shares the news that he has a granddaughter with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Jack admits that he wants to connect with Allie desperately, but is being patient because she’s not ready for that. Traci and Billy both encourage Jack not to wait for Allie to make the first move.

During the week of March 21, Billy and Traci won’t be the only ones to find out about Allie. Ashley also learns the shocking news but has a completely different reaction. Ashley disagrees with Traci and Billy’s suggestion that Jack reach out to his alleged granddaughter. Bergman explained to Soap Opera Digest,

“… Jack finds out later that Ashley is not quite open to that idea. She’s more like, ‘A long-lost granddaughter you never knew suddenly shows up and that doesn’t make you in any way suspicious?’ There are so many perspectives to this.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Jack isn’t sure what to do. So, he turns to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) for help. Phyllis thinks that Jack should take Billy and Traci’s advice. Phyllis encourages Jack to reach out to Allie. Of course, Phyllis will probably also tell Jack to be cautious.

So, Jack decides to go back to Los Angeles to meet with Allie. This time, Jack decides to go by himself, though.

It is teased that a dangerous trap is set for Jack. Now, it is possible that Allie is part of a scheme targeting Jack. However, Monday’s episode – which aired on Friday in Canada – suggests otherwise. Allie appears to be stalked by a mysterious person and is clearly terrified. Allie also debates over whether Keemo Abbott (formerly Philip Moon) would want her to trust Jack or not.

Then, the weekly preview shows Jack gets another text message pushing him to reach out to Allie again. So, the sender and Allie are clearly not the same person. So, what exactly is this trap? Is Allie part of the scheme or is she just as much a victim? What does the threat want and what does it mean for Jack’s future?
