Sister WivesSome fans thought that after Christine Brown decided to divorce Sister Wives patriarch Kody Brown it wouldn’t be long before Meri Brown left too. As fans have watched throughout the last couple of seasons, Kody Brown has struggled to maintain a healthy marriage with all of the his brides.

Sister Wives’ – Kody Brown Has Favorites

Many fans believe, as well as some of the Brown wives, that Kody has focused a great deal of his attention and affection on wife Robyn Brown since the start of Covid. The 53-year-old was strict with his family and was always seen spending time at Robyn’s where he helped with the household chores while spending time with their kids.

During this recent season, Kody Brown has finally addressed his failing marriages as he goes through a divorce with Christine Brown. The divorce has left him bitter and a bit surprised. During his time discussing with the cameras where his mind is at in the Nov. 6th episode, he reveals that he doesn’t consider himself married to his wife Meri Brown.

Meri Brown – Plans To Stick It Out With Kody Brown

Meri Brown also recently opened up about her dysfunctional marriage to Kody Brown when talking to Robyn Brown about their husband’s divorce from Christine Brown. In the episode, Meri discussed her disappointment over Christine’s decision to leave their family even if she no longer has a good relation with Kody.

“I still have a lot of emotions about this whole situation. I feel angry and I feel a little betrayed and I feel like I understand where she’s coming from,” Meri shared. “And I also know that anger is a secondary emotion. I’m hurt. I’m hurt that she doesn’t see value enough in our family.”

Sister Wives Spoilers – Will Kody Brown Attempt To Fix His First Marriage Amid Divorce

Meri Brown is Kody’s first wife. The two married back into 1990. Meri went on to explain that while their marriage is broken, she hopes things will change one day for the couple who haven’t been intimate in years.

“My strength is sticking around and seeing if Kody would be willing to work on a relationship,” Meri says. “So I leave that door open, but I’m not pining away for it.”

Will Kody one day appreciate Meri’s loyalty and attempt to mend his marriage?
