So you weren’t gonna watch Sister Wives Season 17? Well, you might change your mind after a trailer for the next edition brought some spoilers. In the trailer, Kody Brown had such an epic meltdown, full-on tantrum, that TLC fans loved it. As previously spoiled, this time, fans see Christine Brown preparing for her departure from her spiritual husband of 26 years. And, he’s not a happy little hippy.

Possibly everyone within a one-mile radius of Kody now knows that he’s seriously pissed with Christine. Shouting and cursing left his third wife unmoved. But, Meri and Robyn bonded over the ugly scene. Fans who watched the 16th season, know that Christine felt upset for a number of reasons. Firstly, she hated that Kody and Robyn Brown flaunted their close relationship. Meanwhile, she had to sit and watch them from the proposed house on Coyote Pass. When he withheld intimacy from her, that seemed like the last straw.

Sister Wives fans had some fun speculating that Kody withheld favors in bed because he can’t get it up anymore. However, nobody in the cast ever mentioned that. Not even Meri, who has every reason in the world to diss him. Many TLC fans hoped that Christine’s leaving might prompt Meri to finally do the same thing. However, the trailer reveals that she’s unlikely to do that. In fact, Robyn put on the emotional squeeze and got her to agree to stick things out with her.

For a while now, fans thought that Janelle Brown might also ditch her husband. But, speculation has it that she’s just too laid back to bother. However, in the latest teaser, Kody amped up his rage and literally screamed at her. As she always claimed that they were friends, it surprised some people to see him ranting at her. Well, now he doesn’t want to play with his ex-friend anymore. So, Janelle confessed that he no longer acts like a husband to her, either.

Whilst the Sister Wives patriarch threw his meltdown tantrum, Christine sat there looking cool and serene. That moment was also epic. One fan said in the comments on YouTube, “The look of unbotheredness on Christine’s face when he went on his rant was EPIC.” But, what isn’t epic, is that the word “covid” just will not go away from the dialogue!

Sister Wives – TLC Fans React In The Comments

Sister Wives fans who watched the trailer run down by Entertainment Tonight took to the comments section in droves.

One of them said, “The sacrifices that he made to love you…” that tells you everything you need to know, Christine. Loving you was a job. I’m glad you left him.”

Another fan talked about Kody’s rage. They opined, “I don’t know why I think that this tantrum was an angle he thought he could use to break her…. Probably has worked in the past but now Christine is the boss….”

However, another follower felt it all looked too scripted. Michele Roberts said, “And …. the Oscar for best over the top theatrical performance by a man ACTING like a 4 year old girl throwing a TANTRUM goes to…. Kody Brown.”
