Prince Harry Wants Mediator To Help Mend DIFFICULT Relationship With Prince William

According to the Daily Mail, the rift between the Duke of Sussex and the Duke of Cambridge became “incredibly strained” over a couple of years of contention. Rows over Meghan Markle and her alleged treatment of royal staff, the couple’s decision to step down as royals and relocate to the US, and, of course, the bombshell Oprah interview all made the gulf between the two harder to bridge.

Katie Nicholl, of Vanity Fair, has revealed, however, that Harry, 37, recently “made it very clear he wants to sort things out” with his brother.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the royal expert said that Prince Harry suggested that he “might get some sort of mediator” to help him “make some progress with his brother, adding that the duke “is at a bit of a crossroads.” The royal editor also intimated that the prince wants to attend the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and “wants things to be improved” between him and the royal family.

Calling the Duke of Sussex’s relationship with his brother “sticky,” Nichol explained that it had made it “much harder to get back on track” for the prince. “We have been told for many months now that they’re not close at the moment. It has been very, very difficult,” she said.

Though the relationship between Prince Harry and the Duke of Cambridge has been strained to the hilt for many months now, sources have also claimed that the Duke of Sussex hopes to be “back in the fold” by the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations in June of this year.

The prince hopes to return to the UK for the Jubilee which will see the UK celebrate a four-day bank holiday stretching from June 2 to June 5. It isn’t yet known if the Duchess of Sussex and the couple’s two children will attend alongside the prince.
