Jennifer Lopez Shares Exhaustion Story ‘I Was Completely Frozen’

Jennifer Lopez Shares Exhaustion Story ‘I Was Completely Frozen’Hollywood news and updates tease that Jennifer Lopez worried her fans with her “On the JLo” newsletter as she shared her latest medical experiences.

Jennifer Lopez recently released her Netflix hit documentary entitled “Halftime,” in which it showed the days when she prepared for her Super Bowl Halftime performance with Shakira as well as how she is currently handling her personal life and career now that she’s already in her early fifties.

Jennifer Lopez Experiences Stress Complications

In her most recent newsletter, the 52-year-old singer shared about some of her minor health crises when she compromised sleep and rest to deal with her hectic schedules. “I went from feeling totally normal to thinking about what I needed to do that day, and all of a sudden, I felt as if I couldn’t move… I was completely frozen,” she wrote.

Lopez experienced panic attacks as she started to feel scared when she already found herself physically paralyzed. During her time with the doctor, she was unable to comprehend what just happened, but she got to ask about her condition, “I asked the doctor if I was going crazy. He said, ‘No, you’re not crazy. You need sleep…’”

Jennifer Lopez Introduces Daughter Emme with New Pronouns

In other news, JLo’s daughter, Emme Muniz, whom she shared with her ex-husband Marc Anthony , appeared in the performance with their pop star mother. During Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Blue Diamond Gala, the mother and daughter participated in the said event to raise money for education, health care, and homelessness in the city.

The two graced the stadium with their heartfelt performance of Christina Perri’s “A Thousand Years.” However, what surprised the fans was the way Jennifer Lopez introduced her child using “they” and “them” pronouns. “The last time we performed together was in a big stadium like this and I ask them to sing with me all the time, and they won’t,” she said.

“This is a very special occasion. They are very, very busy, booked, and pricey. They cost me when they come out, but they’re worth every single penny because they’re my favorite duet partner of all time,” Lopez continued. Emme Muniz then stepped out on the stage rocking their pink outfit and baseball cap with a microphone emblazoned with a rainbow.
