GH Spoilers: Carly Wants Sam To Betray Dante, Needs Info

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease in this week’s General Hospital sneak peek, that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will be her usual overstepping self as she takes advantage of Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) dating Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to ask for PCPD intel!

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Calls Sam McCall Into Her Office At The Metro Court

General Hospital viewers will see that Carly has called Sam to come to her office at The Metro Court, and made it sound urgent, so of course Sam rushed right over to see what was going on. Carly thanks Sam for coming by so quickly, to which Sam responds by telling her yes, of course, and that it sounded urgent; Carly replies that it is, and Sam asks her if it’s about Nina Reeves, (Cynthia Watros) the video, or some fresh new hell! Carly then tells her it’s about the video. General Hospital viewers will recall that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) was recently arrested for making and uploading the revenge porn video, and was framed by Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Sam asks more questions, sympathetically asking if Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is okay – what with the video, the harassment and the slut-shaming online she must – her voice trails off. Carly responds it’s nonstop and that people are being garbage.

GH Spoilers – Sam McCall Opens Up A Can Of Worms For Herself As She Asks How She Can Help

General Hospital viewers then see Sam opening up a can of worms for herself by asking Carly how she can help – Carly then verifies that Sam has heard about Trina’s arrest. General Hospital viewers will recall that Trina was charged with making and distributing the video of Josslyn and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) having sex for the first time at the Corinthos cabin a few weeks ago on a ski trip. Sam verifies that she has heard of the arrest and the charges, and Carly informs her that Trina didn’t do it, and Sam asks if she thinks Trina was set up. Carly tells her she knows Trina was set up, and by Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) girlfriend, Esme, but there is a problem; Sam asks, a problem with needing proof? – Carly says yes. Carly wants Sam to find out if the PCPD has any evidence against Esme; Sam winces – and asks why Carly is asking her about getting proof, to which she replies, because she’s sleeping with a cop!

General Hospital viewers can imagine that by asking Sam to get proof from Dante about evidence against Esme, she is putting her in a very tight spot, it would be a definite conflict of interest! Not only is any evidence that the Port Charles Police Department has confidential, Carly is asking Sam to do something that may interfere with her relationship with Dante, because Sam, as a private investigator knows he cannot give it out! General Hospital viewers know that Carly has been married to a mobster and best friends with an enforcer long enough to know if information gets out pertinent to the case before court or even an arrest, the whole case file may as well be thrown in the garbage! Carly should know better than to try and get information about Esme for her own reasons, however noble they may be, that could jeopardize any future case the PCPD may have against her!
