EastEnders: Trouble Looming For Callum Highway As Husband Ben’s Dark Secret Is Exposed

EastEnders spoilers and updates tease that trouble may be looking for Callum Highway (Tony Clay) as Ben Mitchell’s (Max Bowden) dark secret is exposed. In upcoming scenes, Ben will get involved in a case of mistaken identity.

Fans may recall that Ben is still struggling to cope ever since he and Callum were attacked by a right-wing hate group. However, he went too far when he confronted a homophobic bully who heckled Callum during the Pride campaign in Walford. His brutal attacks left the man in a coma. It was also revealed that Ben has been involved in other similar beatings.

In upcoming scenes, Ben will find Callum’s poster vandalized, which will leave him furious. With the picture still lingering in his mind, Ben tries to avoid Callum when he suggests that they spend time together to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

Ben unleashes his rage when he sees a man laughing at Callum’s vandalized poster. Lewis (Aidan O’Callaghan) immediately asks Ben to join him for a drink to calm him down. Elsewhere, Callum talks to Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) about Ben’s struggles. He also receives good news from Zack Hudson (James Farrar) about Sharon’s old flat. He’s excited that it’ll be the start of a new chapter for him and Ben.

But things are going differently for Ben. He’s unable to contain his temper so he will let all his rage out when he spots the same man causing trouble once again. Ben attacks him only to realize that it was the wrong person. How will Ben handle the situation?

Unfortunately, Ben shows no remorse and stands by what he’s done to those men.

As Ben and Callum go to Walford East to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Things are going according to plan as the couple agree to live together and move into a flat. The pair goes to Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) to share the good news.

But Ben will be shocked to see Jay and realizes that the latter has told her about the attacks. Kathy and Callum confront Ben but the latter continues to defend what he’s done.
